When things didn’t seem possible for me, they never were. Most of the time it’s only our mind stopping ourselves from most of the things we want to accomplish. 🗣

I was trying to pull myself out of a very sunken place. I had gotten dangerously skinny due to stress, toxic relationships, and a poor stress-starve mentality. I remember being in this warehouse that day - getting ready to do a photo shoot to attempt to find confidence somewhere inside of me. It was a miserable day. I look back at that girl now and I just apologize to her over and over again for not protecting her energy, not loving herself, and not fighting for what truly made her happy. That girl is not me anymore, but I still love her. Way more now then I ever did then. 💕 .
Act as if it were impossible for you to fail. When you think and work from this perspective, you create a mental climate that is free of doubt and anxieties. In that atmosphere, you won’t be fearful. You will step up and act with confidence.
