INGREDIENTS (6 servings)
•800g fresh spinach leaves
•2 purple onion
•2 garlic cloves
•2tsp coconut oil
•1/3 tsp nutmeg
•250g almond cream cheese
•salt & pepper
—
•350g cannelloni
—
•4 tbsp coconut oil
•4 tbsp all purpose flour
•300g soy milk (unsweetened)
•300g almond milk (unsweetened)
•1/2 tsp nutmeg
•salt & pepper
•100g vegan parmesan
—
•50g vegan parmesan
__
METHOD:
1. mince the onion & garlic. Heat a saucepan, melt the oil add the onion & garlic and cook until golden.
2. Add the spinach leaves and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Add the spieces and whisk.
4. Place the spinach with the cream cheese in a food processor and process until you reach a creamy mixture.
5. Place the mixture in a piping bag and fill the cannelloni.
6. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
7. Heat a saucepan, melt the oil, add the flour and whisk until it cooks.
8. Heat the milk and once warm add it to the flour.
9. Whisk throughly, add the spieces and bring to a boil.
10. When the sauce get thick add the parmesan and whisk. Pour the sauce over the cannelloni.
11. Top the cannelloni with more parmesan and cook in the oven until golden (+- 30 min)
12. ENJOY

  • it’s a burger ‘n fries kinda night 😎🍟💯 one of my favorite meals to whip up — so YUM 🙌🏼 PALEO organic turkey burger topped with drizzled sriracha served over sautéed kale & cherry tomatoes with crispy sweet potato fries & sliced avocado🥑✨

directions: mix 1 diced medium red pepper + 1/4 diced onion + 1 lb ground turkey + 1 pasture-raised egg + 1 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp oregano + 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes + 1/4 cup almond flour + dash of s&p. shape into patties & sear 2-3 min each side on medium heat cast-iron skillet coated with olive oil. bake at 350 for ~15-20 minutes 💯

  • if you couldn’t tell, avocado toast is my go to breakfast food and I’ve been eating it a lot lately. It only takes five minutes to assemble and is a very healthy way to start off the day. There are so many different ways to change it up if you’d like and of course it’s so good!! I only had a small piece of avocado and the end slice of bread left so I’m currently deciding what else to eat. I also paired my toast with a fruit smoothie-

I saute some garlic and onion, add peas, spinach, canned corn and chickpeas. Also, I like to add soy milk and tomato sauce for creaminess. Then leave it like that on low heat for about 10 minutes. In the meantime you prepare your couscous in a bowl by adding boiling water in it and covering it with a plate. Let it stay and absorb the water for 10 minutes. After that it should look consistent and it should grow to twice the size. Add it to the pot with your veggies, add spices and mix well. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Nadie puede negar que esta era la mejor merienda que podías tener de chico. La tan gloriosa chocolatada. Muchos la dejan de tomar de más grandes por miedo a las calorías, o porque no es tan sano. Te presento a mi chocolatada favorita que es sanita, cremosa y bien chocolatosa. > Procedimiento: 
Cortas una banana en trocitos (deja el licuado bieeen cremoso) y la licúas con una taza de agua(a temperatura o caliente), hasta que te quede bien liquida como en la segunda foto. Después agregas una cucharadita de miel(o una cdita de extracto de vainilla, maple syrup,etc.), canela (o le podes poner la especia que te guste), una cucharada de cacao ( yo use el de @campoclaro_productos_organicos) y leche vegetal(cualquier leche va bien, pero la de avellanas le da un gustito especial). Tremenda manera de empezar el fin de semana🌈💝🍫

  • Hétvégi bevásárlás zacsik nélkül 🙌🏼 Ma voltunk először a Ligeti boltban, a gyümölcsökön kívül minden onnan van. Óriási a kínálatuk! Első körben vettünk durum tésztát, lasagne tésztát, sütőtökös durum tésztát (kíváncsi leszek rá, mert még sosem próbáltam), Viblance csokis granolát (IGEN!! van kimérősben náluk ❤️), olivaolajat és datolyával ízesített zab-kókusz tejkeveréket, valamint megkaparintottam egyet a csodaszép olivás dobozaik közül is, amibe szerintem majd növénykéket fogok ültetni. 
Mikor eljöttünk, ugrándoztam örömömben, hogy végre eljutottam ide és hogy milyen kedves mindenki és mennyire egyszerűen működik. 
Olyan jó lenne minden sarkon egy ilyen bolt! 🌿💚

Aj napriek veľmi náročnej škole🏤 (jeden z najťažších gymlov na Slovensku) som si našla čas uvariť si zdravé jedlo (to uvariť berte s rezervou😁momentálne žijem z cottage, vajíčok🍳, zeleniny🍅 a ryžákov🍚, občas nastrúhané jablko🍎 s hrudkovým tvarohom ak "mám" čas), ísť cvičiť💪 (najlepšia čistička hlavy💆) a dopriať telu kvalitný spánok😪(aj keď boli dni kedy som kvôli stresu nebedela spať😕) no instagram by ste tam hľadali márne. Ešte tento víkend učenie a potom sa to snáď ukľudní✊. Písať denne 3 testy nieje sranda (hlavne ak je jeden z nich fyzika😝). Tak srdiečko vyliaté a ja idem zasadnúť ku matematike😊. Pekný deň vám prajem

    Tak po dlhej dobe vás zdravím😆. Posledné dva týždne mi dali neskutočne zabrať😴. Denne v priemere 9 hodín medzi učebnicami📚 a to vôbec nepreháňam😎. Som rada, že aspoň do seba dostanem jedlo🍛 a vzhľad vôbec neriešim🙈. Priority! To je to slovo.
