  • Meal prepped breakfast again 🙌🏻 Nothing easier than boiled eggs + leftover sweet potatoes + easy veggies 💯 And of course, you’ve gotta top the eggs with @traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning 😎 Also I noticed the other day at Walmart they have their own EBTB seasoning, so if you don’t have a TJ’s near you, check it out 👌🏻 It’s seriously a game changer, it goes great on everything 🤗 -

Eli and I have a flight today so I’ve got all the snacks packed up (+ Starbucks 😉) and I’ll be back to more regular posting tomorrow. Going to still be taking it easy though and ease back into things so if I’m still a little MIA that’s why. I am hoping to run to Trader Joe’s on our way home though and post a haul in my stories! Any new favorite things I should pick up?! I don’t get to go often so I’m looking forward to it! INGREDIENTS
3 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 c. Greek yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. chopped dill
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

In a large bowl, combine cucumbers and onion.
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice and dill and whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

  • MINI DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE CAKE 🍪🍫😍 Quite a mouthful, literally! 😉 You guys loved the Mini Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake I posted a few weeks ago, so I thought why not make a chocolate version 🤷🏼‍♀️ It makes a single serving – perfect for when you want dessert but not a whole cake. Plus, everyone can use a little chocolate on a Monday 🍫 At least I can! 🙋🏼‍♀️ Hope your week is off to a great start! Recipe is below 💛

HOW TO 👉🏼 You’ll need: 
1 egg, at room temperature 
2 TB coconut sugar
1 tsp melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
1/4 cup almond flour
1 TB @bobsredmill coconut flour
1 TB cocoa powder 
1/4 tsp baking soda
Dash of salt
2 TB @sunspirechocolate chocolate chips 
1️⃣ In a small bowl, combine egg, coconut sugar, coconut oil and vanilla extract.
2️⃣ In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
3️⃣ Add dry ingredients to wet and stir. 
4️⃣ Stir in chocolate chips.
5️⃣ Grease a small ramekin with coconut oil. 
6️⃣ Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
7️⃣ Serve warm, preferably with ice cream 🥰

  • Happy Monday! Got in a sweaty workout to start the day and now I'm sipping on this refreshing strawberry oatmeal smoothie 🍓👅 this plus the warmer temps today are making me so excited for spring! My mom picked up a bunch of fresh strawberries at the store because they looked good, so I froze some for my smoothies because I find that they taste so much sweeter than buying them already frozen. Definitely give this recipe a go, friends - so yummy! ❤

✅Yes, it is! This is because caloric deficit still key for fat loss, so as long as your total daily calories is still under your maintenance, you’re golden!

When drinking and going out with your friends, just be conscious of the beverages you choose. if you’re going for heavy liquor, definitely stick to plain shots or mix with zero/low-calorie mixers and fruits. Get as creative as you want with what you mix your alcohol with, just make sure the ingredients are calorie-free! 🤪
For lighter evenings, white wine and any light beer are good options. -
Always make sure that you still try to somehow trace what you’re drinking, so you don’t go overboard. A good tip to prepare for nights out is to save some calories from carbs and fat for your alcohol. So during the day, have a high protein diet with lots of vegetables and water to make sure you’re ready!😎

Ingredients:
🍅 200g spelt flour
🍅 50g butter
🍅 5 eggs
🍅 125g creme fraiche
🍅 125g 0% fat yoghurt
🍅 2 handfuls spinach
🍅 handful cherry tomatoes
🍅 30g goats cheese
🍅 200g cooked chicken
🍅 1 jar of sundried tomato pesto
🍅 1 white onion

Method:
Mix the flour, butter and one egg into a pastry then roll it out and line a tin with it. Cook for 20 mins at 180 degrees until golden. Mix together the other ingredients (apart from the tomatoes, pesto and cheese) then pour into the pastry. Top with the tomatoes, pesto and goats cheese then cook at 180 degrees for 35 mins (until set).

I'm one of those girls that is never hungery in the morning, but after a few hours I wish I would have ate something! 
These are great for on the go, so you don't have to make yourself eat right away in the morning, but you still something on you.
I loaded these guys up with ground seeds- one cookie is your days worth of omege 3s! Each cookies has 270 miligrams of this brain boosting, skin softening fatty acid. One cookie also have 24% of your DV of Manganese- which is great for anti-immflammination and balancing your homones.
And man, they do taste great!
They are peanut butter, bannana, oatmeal, chocolate chip cookies! That's a mouthful. 
Any ways if you want to make these you'll need:

1 Tbs of ground pumpkin seeds
1 Tbs of ground sunflower seeds
1 Tbs of ground hemp seeds
1 cup of ground oats (simply through 1 cup of oats in blender for this!)
1 cup regular quick oats
1/2 cup TVP
2 bannanas
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter 
1 cup almond milk
2 Tbs of ground flax seeds

Method:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix all the dry ingrents together in a large bowl, excluding the flax seeds.
Mix the flax seeds with 4 Tbs of water and let sit for about 3-5 mins
Either mash or blend the bannanas, then add milk, peanut butter, and flax mixture together in another small bowl
Add the wet ingredients to the dry mix, mix well
Let mixture sit for 5 mins to aborb excess liquid and to firm up in shape
Then shape cookies onto a cookie sheet lined with parchiment paper
Bake for 15 mins...
Let cook...

  • Bowlcake Recipe 🍰

Ce week end j'ai testé une nouvelle recette de bowlcake, j'avais envie d'inover encore une fois 🙄. Cette fois ci il est à la poire comme il en restait pas mal chez moi. Et je crois que c'est ma recette favorite, peut être même meilleure que le marbré 🤤.

👉 Pour cela il faut :
- 50g de farine d'avoine
- 2 blancs d'oeuf
- 1 poire - 1/2 banane
- levure chimique
- cannelle

Dans un premier temps, on mélange les ingrédients secs. Ensuite, on épluche la poire, on mixe la moitié de celle ci avec la demi banane et l'autre moitié, on la coupe en petits dés. Puis on mélange tous les ingrédients ensemble, et on ajoute les morceaux de la demi poire restante. On met 3min au micro ondes, on met un topping (toujours du chocolat pour ma part 😋) et on se régale 😁.

    Ce week end j'ai testé une nouvelle recette de bowlcake, j'avais envie d'inover encore une fois 🙄. Cette fois ci il est à la poire comme il en restait pas mal chez moi. Et je crois que c'est ma recette favorite, peut être même meilleure que le marbré 🤤.
    .
    👉 Pour cela il faut :
    - 50g de farine d'avoine
    - 2 blancs d'oeuf
    - 1 poire - 1/2 banane
    - levure chimique
    - cannelle
    .
    Dans un premier temps, on mélange les ingrédients secs. Ensuite, on épluche la poire, on mixe la moitié de celle ci avec la demi banane et l'autre moitié, on la coupe en petits dés. Puis on mélange tous les ingrédients ensemble, et on ajoute les morceaux de la demi poire restante. On met 3min au micro ondes, on met un topping (toujours du chocolat pour ma part 😋) et on se régale 😁.

  • Balsamic Chicken & Peppers

Ingredients:
36 oz Chicken, breast, boneless, skinless (raw) 
2 cup Raw Peppers, Green 
4 tsp Oil, olive 
2 tbsp Chopped Onion 
1 tsp Garlic 
1/2 tsp Rosemary 
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 
1 tsp Basil 
1/2 tsp Thyme 
3 tsp Vinegar, balsamic 
1/4 cup Chicken Broth 
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Thinly slice green peppers and onions. Place in a large bowl, and set aside.
3. In a large measuring cup use a fork to stir together the balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce, olive oil, broth, minced garlic and herbs.
4. Pour sauce over sliced peppers and onions. Toss until well coated.
5. Place chicken breasts in baking pan.
6. Pour balsamic pepper mixture over the chicken.
7. Loosely cover the pan with a piece of foil. Place in center of preheated oven.
8. Bake for 45-60 minutes. Chicken should be cooked thoroughly and the peppers and onions should be tender and soft.
9. Check the chicken at 40 minutes. Spoon the sauce from bottom of pan over top of peppers and chicken. Continue to bake until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees Farenheit.
