This combo is so darn tasty and SATISFYING...plus, it comes together FAST! So, make it for lunch or dinner today, double the recipe, and store the extra servings - so your next few days are simpler! }
makes 4 servings 
Ingredients:
2 pounds large shrimp, deveined and peeled
2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
1 large avocado, pitted and chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 fresh limes, juiced
1 handful fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 Tbsp avocado oil, or extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
lime wedges, to garnish

For serving:
2 cups cooked brown rice
.
for the BBQ spice mix:
1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin 
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp sea salt, or to taste
.
Instructions:
In a large glass mixing bowl place shrimp and BBQ seasoning ingredients and gently stir well to combine. 
Set aside for just a few minutes.

In another bowl, add chopped tomatoes, avocado, onions, cilantro, lime juice, sea salt and pepper. Very gently toss to combine. 
Set aside.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until they've turned pink and form a nice lightly charring in spots as pictured.

Add 1/2 cup cooked brown rice to each bowl or meal prep container.
Then divide the cooked shrimp and avocado salsa equally, and nicely among the 4 bowls, or meal prep containers as shown.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Heute haben wir gemeinsam in unserem Jugendheim eine Spargelcreme Suppe gekocht! Sie ist super leicht nachzumachen und eignet sich sehr gut als Vorspeise oder Hauptgang 😍😋

Zutaten

Für 6 Personen
1 kg  weißer Spargel  Salz  Zucker 
50 g  Butter 
50 g  Mehl 
200 g  Schlagsahne  weißer Pfeffer 
2-3 EL  Zitronensaft  Zubereitung
Spargel gründlich waschen, untere holzige Enden abschneiden. Spargel schälen. 1,25 Liter Wasser mit Salz und 1 Prise Zucker aufkochen. Spargelschalen zugeben und zugedeckt ca. 20 Minuten köcheln.

Inzwischen Spargel in Stücke schneiden. Spargelschalen abgießen, gut abtropfen lassen und Spargelwasser dabei auffangen. Spargelwasser zurück in den Topf gießen, aufkochen und Spargelstücke zufügen. Ca. 15 Minuten garen. Spargel abgießen, Spargelwasser auffangen und 1 Liter Flüssigkeit abmessen.

Butter in einem Topf erhitzen, mit Mehl bestäuben, anschwitzen und unter ständigem Rühren nach und nach mit Spargelwasser und Sahne ablöschen. Aufkochen, 5 Minuten köcheln lassen, mit Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker und Zitronensaft abschmecken. Spargel zufügen, nochmals kurz erhitzen. Mit Kerbel garniert servieren

Eşim ilk çatalda; kinoa yemek için bir sebebim var artık, dedi söyleyeyim😂 Kinoa risotto çok havalı bir yemek ayrıca mutfağa yeni başlayanlar için bile kolaylıkla yapılabilir nitelikte.
🍃3\4 su bardağı kinoayı önce iyice yıkadım. Sapein denilen bir toksin yüzünden köpük köpük bir su çıkıyor ama su ile bu toksik madde kinoadan arınıyor merak etmeyin. Ancak iyice yıkayın.
🍃1 soğanı küp küp doğrayıp 3 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağında 3 diş doğranmış sarımsakla soteledim.
🍃1 orta boy havuç küp küp doğrayıp içine ilave ettim.
🍃150 gr kadar kestane mantarı enlemesine kesip ekledim. Mantarları yıkamıyorum. Yoksa bütün aroması ve suyu gidiyor. Bir fırçayla yüzeyini fırçalayıp nemli bir bezle siliyorum. 🍃10 dakika sonra kinoaları ilave edip üstüne 1 parmak geçecek kadar göz kararı su ekledim.
🍃Kinoalar iyice şişene kadar çevire çevire pişirdim. Diri kalırsa biraz daha su ekleyebilirsiniz.
🍃Altını kapatıp içine 2 avuç ince kıyım maydanoz ekledim.
🍃Eşimin tabağına normal parmesan kendime vegan parmesan koydum.

  • Al final, pues sí va a dar tiempo a hacer una segunda publicación, sé que lo estabais esperando 😂😂😂. Y eso gracias a que ser previsor es una gran virtud, y tenerlo todo preparado para estos dos días me permite ganar tiempo. Aquí de nuevo las 3 comidas siguientes (ahora mismo ya cenado, me quedarán dos). Son, en las horas, 22pm, 02am, 06am... Cada 4 horas, comer con diferencia de menos tiempo, desde el punto de vista nutricional, no es positivo por someter al sistema digestivo a estrés, pero creo que eso ya lo comenté 🤔. La primera, la cena, son 456kcal: ----------------------------------------------------
🔹ensalada de pasta con espirales integrales 60 gr ➕ pechuga de 🦃 al ajillo cortada en trocitos 150 gr ➕ 🌽 dulce 30 gr ➕ 🌶 rojo asado 118 gr ➕ FRUTA de postre, 🍓 150 gr --------------------------------------
4 horas después, mi "desayuno" de martes con 464kcal: ---------------------------------------------
🔹atún 🐟 natural escurrido 155 gr (buen número) ➕ 2 🍳 enteros 104 gr ➕ pechuga de 🐔 al natural escurrido 110 gr ➕ 🍅 cherry 90 gr ➕ 🍧 natural bio 150 gr --------------------------------------------------------------
🔹y el snack o almuerzo, antes de ir a casa, batido de bebida de almendras naturales 250 gr ➕ proteína de suero de 🍼 sabor tropical 30 gr ➕ creatina monohidrato 10 gr ------------------------------------
Ahora sí, está si será la última hasta mañana al medio día, que imagino será día similar a hoy,  así que otras 2.
