My workouts have been going so well!! If you follow along with my stories then ya know that i’m making a guide!😻 It’s made up of my workouts that I genuinely enjoy and have fun with but also are also challenging!! I am SO GLAD that I have a job that helps me better myself on a daily basis 📚

I am SO GLAD I have a strong Christian momma who suggested we start doing a weekly devo together 3 years ago to strengthen our faith 🙏🏼

I am SO GLAD that Will & I met in a time of transition so we were able to learn and grow as individuals & as a couple 💑

GROWTH is hard sometimes.
• You have to learn to be patient 👈🏼 [ super hard for me ]
• You have to lose the victim mentality 🧠 [ we all have it somewhere ]
• You have to be able to learn from your past ↩️ [ and not just bury the hard stuff ]

My current trainer is teaching me to GROW 🌱 mentally and physically during these 6 weeks & Im struggling a bit with the mental part...but I’ll get there!

  • What makes hip belt squats unique is that they offer a loaded bilateral squatting pattern without loading the spine, making it an appealing option for working around injuries. Back-pain sufferers often struggle with the spinal compression and shear that comes from axial loading. Hip belt squats circumvent this as the hips and legs take on the lion's share of the load.

It also works well for anyone with an upper extremity injury to the shoulder, elbow, wrist, or hand that may struggle to support the bar during back squats, front squats, or Zercher squats.

Taking the trunk and upper body out of the equation also targets the lower body more directly. The limiting factor for most in the back squat is the lower back. In the front squat it's the upper back, and in the Zercher squat it's usually how much weight you can hold.

  • Happy Monday... never miss a Monday. Woke up and slayed fasted cardio and then new leg workout. Can’t hardly work 🤭🤭🔥🔥🔥. Love seeing more muscles, feeling stronger. Stay committed to your goals.

  • That home-gym life really came in handy for today’s NEGATIVE degree weather. 🥶 ain’t no way I would have made it outside, to a gym, and back. You don’t need a ton of space to do these programs. Enough room for a yoga mat and you’re good to go! You also don’t NEED equipment. When I started 3.5 years ago, I did a Pilates yoga fusion program in my TINY bedroom in Boston and lost 17 pounds in 2 months ✌🏽I never went back to a gym after that. THAT made me a believer.
  • That home-gym life really came in handy for today’s NEGATIVE degree weather. 🥶 ain’t no way I would have made it outside, to a gym, and back. You don’t need a ton of space to do these programs. Enough room for a yoga mat and you’re good to go! You also don’t NEED equipment.   • Yeahhhhhh Buddddy!! This Week 2 Day 1 workout, although only 20 minutes was an amazing butt kicker!! Checkout that sweat! Had the joy of @c_dad14  joining in! 
Transformation already in process.  Compare week 1 same Transformers (they are called) and are used as a tracking of progress.!! Greatly improved my abilities in 1 week! 
Don’t forget starting a group in Feb if you are up to the challenge. 
So in this your mind begins to change as well and you gain a different perspective of many areas of your life because of the breakthroughs you make! It’s priceless!! #worleyfit #nativetexan #dadof4 #kickbuttworkout

  • When Iife gives you lemons 🍋, be grateful and make lemonade! I have several things to be grateful for all starting with my basement and unwanted water 🍋sounds wierd, I know, but our plan is to finish the basement for additional living space and today’s discovery of water is a definite sign that we need to continue to look for where the water is coming in before we can move on. I’m grateful for having the day off (MLK Holiday ) and coming downstairs to my home gym to work out and finding the water. I’m grateful that the water, for the most part, was contained under my mats. I’m grateful the mats can be easily taken apart, dried, cleaned, and reassembled. I’m grateful that I know how to use our wet-vac and that it works😊 so the water could easily and quickly vacuum upped. I grateful that nothing, nada, zip, was damaged. I grateful that my gym can be easily put together again.  And, I’m grateful that I can still be able to work out!🏋️‍♀️ I am grateful!

  • My compass is off sometimes, but one thing I am sure of is yoga changes your life. I started stretching and practicing ashtanga yoga when I was diagnosed with RA. I refused to just throw in the towel and grow weak. I took control and yoga has saved my life and made me strong. My husband knows how important yoga and my practice is to me. My little home gym is my happy space. My other ghetto lights broke, so he slapped together some new ghetto lights to create proper ambiance 😂😂. #homegym #myplace #myspace #yoga #healing #strong #rasucksbutitcansuckitinstead #compass

Me? Chest, Tris, and Shoulders. Push to show up.  Push to get it done.  Push to the next level.  Push to stay warm 😉! It was a balmy 38 degrees in the garage.  The bright side: I didn't have to drive.  I feel amazing.  Going to love these arms come summertime and tanks. .
You don't have to do what I do.  But you do have to push to get started.  I have workouts you can do in your comfy (warm) living room with minimum equipment.  Push yourself too reach out to me.
