RED DEER SERIES: 𝐃𝐈𝐃 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐖
Fossil records indicate that the Red Deer has been around for more than 12 million years. What has taken place in order for them to survive isn’t fully known. It is believed based upon the remains that they were several times larger back then than they are today. The ability to blend into their surroundings is believed to be a characteristic of evolution that occurred as they got smaller and were more vulnerable to predators.

Это моя первая творческая съемка зимой на природе. Мне очень понравилось, несмотря на то, что я не люблю холод (и в любое время года, кроме лета, стараюсь лишний раз не выходить из дома😁). Я даже изрядно извалялась в сугробах, вспомнив детство, видимо (в садике на прогулках моим любимым занятием было сидеть в сугробе и ковырять его палочкой, к ужасу воспитателей😂).

Там в карусели счастливый конец увлекательных приключений оленя-визажиста. Или не очень счастливый😅 Так или иначе, желаю вам не встречать на своём жизненном пути визажистов-оленей😂

IBEX SERIES: 𝐃𝐈𝐃 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐖 The Nubian ibex has special grooming habits. Flocks of grackle birds peck at the hides of the ibex looking for parasites and any other insects that may be harmful to the ibex. There is only one grackle per ibex, and the grackles often compete for “their” ibex.
Ibex are very nimble. They can jump more than 1.8 meters (6 feet) straight up without a running start. This helps them climb mountainous terrain with ease.
Finally completed my portrait of Devi, Prime Industries Head of Security, in a rare moment of calm. Took my time, to try my best to capture her radiance.
