Дом на Осташковском шоссе. Продолжение. Особого внимания требует интерьер дома. Дизайнер по профессии, хозяйка дома Юлия подошла к вопросу, с нашей точки зрения, самым правильным образом - ей хотелось гармонично сочетать русскую избу с требованиями современного комфорта. Ей это удалось в полной мере. Прялка, печные ухваты, чугунки, ступа — находятся на своих традиционных местах, а потому не напоминают музейные экспонаты, а наполняют дом теплом русской избы. Искусно сшитые мастерицей лоскутные одеяла украшают спальню и позволяют расслабиться в атмосфере сельского уюта. А своеобразную роскошь в интерьер привносят фарфор Дулёвской мануфактуры и дятьковский хрусталь.

Happy Anniversary Instagram!!! One year ago today, I created my first post, which was the brick and key my husband had given me for Christmas when he surprised me with the land contract and a sweet letter promising to build the home of my dreams (swipe to see it!)❤️ What a life changing year it has been! I have met SO many wonderful people and learned so much! I have partnered with countless, amazing companies and cannot wait to reveal all the behind the scenes work over the next year! I will be forever grateful to each and every one of you who has believed in me and supported me and allowed me to, in turn, support and encourage you! So THANK YOU!!! This stunner from @pikeproperties stopped me in my tracks. I love the metal roof, the wood garage doors, the historic looking windows, and those gorgeous beams. I totally thought it was Friday all morning today, I even sent someone an e-mail proclaiming TGIF 🤦🏼♀️ Nope. Its actually Thursday. But it’s all good! Was anyone else a freak today too....just me....? I got in from a little overnight work trip and I’m glad to be cozy in my own little piece of this world with my little red headed man 👶.

Happy Fri-yay 😻 What are your thoughts on brass hardware? I have a friend who is about to start a kitchen reno to get her house on the market. Brass hardware is really speaking to her, but she’s not sure if the average buyer will see it as dated or not. What is your opinion??? Should she go for it or play it safe???

Heute möchte ich euch ein paar weitere Ansichten unseres (hoffentlich) zukünftigen Hauses zeigen. Ich hab auch versucht, einen Teil der Hänge etwas besser darzustellen - ich weiß, dass das nicht sehr professionell aussieht, also seid mir nicht böse! :D

Ein paar Fakten zu unserem Grundstück:
◻ Insgesamt sind es 3000 qm! Das hört sich sehr viel an, allerdings sind schätzungsweise 80% aufgrund der Hanglage unbenutzbar. Die Hänge verlaufen in verschiedene Richtungen und sind alle unterschiedlich steil.
◻ Das Grundstück liegt abgelegen in einem kleinen Dorf - total ruhig und umgeben von ganz vielen Bäumen und Wiesen! Deshalb möchten wir eigentlich kein anderes Grundstück suchen - die Lage ist einfach Traumhaft und der Aufwand lohnt sich unserer Meinung nach. :)
◻ Direkt an unserem Grundstück verläuft ein Fluss.. oder besser gesagt ein Bach. :D Ich find das so toll! Wir hören immer das Wasser fließen und plätschern - mit viel Fantasie könnte man auch meinen, man liege am Meer. ♥

Wir glauben, dass diese Variante eigentlich ganz gut zu uns und dem Grundstück passt. :) Was denkt ihr? Gefällt's euch? Was würdet ihr anders machen? Tipps & Tricks? Immer her damit! ♥

(PS: Ich habe nicht alle Hänge auf den Bildern darstellen können - das Grundstück ist komplizierter, als es auf den Bildern aussieht. 😊)
