i used to have an obsession with making drawings using little lines. often times it was making something like a hand or a leaf out of a million littles lines. now i’m exploring how i can reintegrate them into my practice, i had forgotten the meditative quality of a repetitive motion

Compound movements of the day:
Squats 4x5 (heavy)
Hip Thrusts 4x8 each leg B-stance
Cable abductor 4x10
Banded DB RDL 4x10
Nordic Ham Curls 4x3-5
So I thought I might explain a little more behind my training. I will always walk into the gym on any given day and take a squat rack. Leg days I do any of the following compound movements: deadlifts, squats, cleans, or hip thrusts. Upper body I use: snatch, military press, push press, jerks, and pull-ups.
Then I finish with 3-4 accessories.
Right now I am NOT progressively overloading. I will say that straight up. I am currently cutting and so I don’t have the energy (cals) that I need to be building muscle. I won’t be doing this forever TGOD, because it’s just an experiment. I like body recomp a lot more.
What I am trying to say is eating for how you train is crucial. Recognizing it is everything. Plateauing and don’t know why? Check yo food. Not achieving the body comp you want? Check yo food. Food is not the enemy, it is your friend. Don’t vilify your greatest ally. Build a better relationship with it.
