Last night, @iamcardib made history - again. We can all make history in our respective fields. This picture is Circa 2014 at an @inroadsinc conference. Sometimes reflecting on your past can give you the motivation to move forward. I knew then while majority of my peers were not worried about finding internships, building their networks, stacking their coins, I did not have any other choice but to do those things. I knew then that I wanted a career of longevity and the things I wanted to do in life would require me to be suited up and constantly seek professional development. At this conference, I met @fallnightlights, the Second Supreme who served before me and that relationship flourished into much more than I could have imagined. Make the most of every relationship and every opportunity. Success doesn’t happen over night. It’s built over time base on decisions made on a daily basis. I know I’ve got a date with destiny. This week is going to bring me a little closer. #MondayMotivation#prpfessionaldevelopment#INROADS
