One of my favorite shots from the shoot with @bphotographynl 🔥 I was very proud of this photo at the time, but my physique has already changed so much since then! I have already planned so many shoots for the coming weeks. ⁣

You have to analyse and figure out what works for you and what doesn’t, how your body reacts or doesn’t react to certain disciplines. Even though your progress may come slower than others, it’s important we never lose the discipline to pursue your goals! 🙏🏼 When you’re commited, you push past the pain and end all the excuses, because the results do matter ❤️🙌🏽⁣

  • Mit cheat måltid var i lørdags IS! Og det var også sidste gang med det inden konkurrencen, så det blev virkelig nydt! Det blev nydt så meget, at jeg fik smurt hele 2 trøjer ind i is... utroligt man kan være sådan en kæmpe gris og ikke ramme sin egen mund 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄🐷
MEN jeg er så klar på at tage resten af rejsen uden slik, kage, is, chokolade og alt andet med sukker i! 🤷🏼‍♀️
Heldigvis har jeg stadigvæk cheat i form af mad fx. sushi, pizza og burger - så jeg klarer mig nok 🤗

I have a fairly clear schedule this week so I’m really going to focus on finishing my online coaching coursework, hitting my calories and continuing to smash every training session! 💘

  • Training for strong and healthy shoulders

It’s easy to put together a load of exercises to beat up a specific region of the body. For long term joint health it’s important to combine strength, mobility and activation exercises together.
Try out this shoulder friendly routine:

1️⃣ Tall kneeling band shoulder press - works to both prime the shoulders for overhead pressing and as a pre exhaust to keep the load down on the main compound lift. 
2️⃣ Alternating KB shoulder press - working unilaterally makes it easier to control the hip and trunk and the kettlebell  increases the need for joint stability
3️⃣ Deadbug against wall - helps  into a promote shoulder blade and rib cage positioning and trunk activation 
4️⃣ Table top bridge - is a great shoulder mobilty drill
