  • After a few of days of accidental undereating (by this I mean slightly less than that of a fully grown mammoth lol). I’m feeling un-energetic, flat and lazy. My muscles feel flat rather than full, and i’m hungry verging on hangry.

Como siempre te recomiendo @aguapulmahue Si la pruebas te preguntarás ... Por qué sabe tan bien ? 🤔 ... Te cuento 😌 : Su sistema de purificación consta de 6 etapas, las que permiten obtener un agua completamente libre de sodio, cloro, flúor, sales y todo tipo de minerales dañinos para nuestro organismo ❌ 🦠... esto es lo que le da su sabor esquisto y la convierte en el agua ideal para beberla todo el día todos los días. 
Yo la probé y así comprobé la diferencia de hidratarme con un agua realmente pura. .

  • Apricot and almond muffins for just 122 calories each 🤩 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients⤵️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 eggs ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
80g stevia ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Almond extract (2drops) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
25g utterly butterly light ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
100g self raising flour ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
25g ground almonds ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 small peaches ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tsp peach jam ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Method⤵️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Preheat oven to 220C. In a big bowl, use a power whisk to mix the eggs, sugar and almond extract together for a minute until foamy and fluffy. Pour in the melted butter and continue to beat until combined. Gently fold in the flour, ground almonds and a tiny bit of salt. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Then slice the peaches. Dividing the muffin mixture between 6 holes of a non-stick muffin tin; top each with a blob of peach/apricot jam and put a few slices of peach on top. Sprinkle over the almonds and a little extra sugar, then bake for 20-25 mins til they’re golden. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
(Best eaten the day they’re made or frozen whilst still slightly warm for up to 1 month!)

Christmas has not ‘ruined my body’ nor has it ‘made me fat’. My body actually looks pretty much exactly the same. I enjoyed Christmas, I enjoyed New Year, I really enjoyed my birthday and a holiday too, and would still have really enjoyed them had I gained fat/weight.

The way your body looks should not determine if you enjoy a period of time/situation/experience. Your body will always fluctuate, change and tbh will do the same whether you’re on a cut/bulk/maintain/living/anything. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Your body is your body, it lets you breathe, learn, walk, train, love, give, enjoy, experience and everything else. Don’t beat it up because you’re enjoying something or have some time off or put other things first. The only thing that’s changed in this pic is the size of that bloody bruise on my leg 😊

Be kind to your body. It probably hasn’t changed that much...

  • Finalllllly got my mojo back after chrimbo, after a super busy month I’m soooo ready to get into a fab training routine. 🤩
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Things that have helped me get back to my usually gym-bunny self: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Write yourself a program, or if you’re not sure how to, ask someone who might be able to advise you or recruit someone to write you one. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Linking to the first, enjoy your training program, do exercises you enjoy and you get excited to train. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• New gym outfit (not the healthiest way🤣 but it does help!!) or if not, make sure you feel comfortable in your gym clothes so when you train you’re only concentrating on TRAINING not how you look in the mirror. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Train because you LOVE your body, not because you don’t. Training can be the best thing in the world, but you will never be satisfied with it if you train because you’re unhappy with yourself. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
