  • The most important time in the world is the time you make for yourself.
It's necessary to prioritize your goals- 
How many times did you ask yourself that you need to work out?
 But can not even find a time to exercise at least 5 minutes
It is really hard to work out especially you have so much work and you are so busy.
But it does not mean that you have to give up your smart goal for fitness. 
Create a fitness schedule for yourself.
Make room for some exercise in your daily life.
Instead of slouching in the couch,get ready & wear your fitness pants.
Doing any sort of workout not only will tone your body,but will also release tension & negativity from the mind.

Hey mate I know iv only been with yah two weeks - but hey thought I share this with you to show where iv come from - 5 years ago was the first photo the second one is recent - six years ago I was 58kg no one had the guts to tell me I was two skinny or looked sick which pisses me off to this day that people close to me couldn’t be honest - also this photo is a rear photo due to the fact I couldn’t stand looking at myself but to my own fault never reconised what the the issue was and so pretty much deleted every or almost every photo of myself up until maybe 1 year ago - I reakon I have the issue of putting on weight and is mentally challaging as what it is for a overweight person to lose weight and now it brings me to you guys to take it to the next level
