  • Sundays are meant for relaxing but in all honesty, I’m doing a bit of work today to get ahead of this week. I’m up in London a few days which always throws me a little off balance. The name of the game in 2019 is work smarter not harder, so staying on top of things is super important. Freelancers, are you working on the weekend? What’s your normal week schedule look like? 🧡 #KellyinIreland

  • This photo would prob be a lot nicer if I wasn’t standing bang in the middle looking like I’m about to start a dramatic dance routine tbh 😂

  • “On Wednesday, when the sky is blue, and I have nothing else to do, I sometimes wonder if it's true That who is what and what is who!”🙃🍀
⠀
Have you recognized who is singing this song? Give you a clue: his name starts with “Winnie” and finishes with “Pooh” 😁
⠀
📸 There is nothing about the whiskey in this post, we just love the picture captured by @tukekieran! 🙈 Thanks for sharing! 👏🏼

  • So much for The Emerald Isle ay? If left to our current leadership it would become known as The Carbon Isle, maybe it already is.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I love my country, but it's time we rise up as ONE & demand our government take our future seriously. Are we not a nation with deep cultural connection to our lands? Lands that are becoming increasingly polluted, stripped of their biodiversity and stripped of their beauty.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Should we sit by & do nothing? While tens of thousands of youth hit the streets in Sweden and Germany to demand their gov take their right to a better future seriously, yet they are among Europe's leading nations for climate action? The youth in these countries recognise the empty words & false promises their governments make saying one thing to the people while simultaneously cowering to the whims of industry. Do we?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Should we sit by while our Country becomes a laughing stock to the nations actually fighting this? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Should we sit by when this climate inaction is going to cost every single one of us, of our parents, of our grandparents, of our cousins and of our friends huge fines right around the corner for missing our legally binding commitments to reduce our climate changing emissions?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Should we complain about our political leaders at every given occasion yet when actually asked to do something say 'ah sure it'll be grand'?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
FUCK. THAT. SHIT.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I'm going to be organising something in the near future to let our political leaders know that any future policy that doesn't take our collective right to cleaner air, cleaner water, cleaner food, cleaner lands & by default cleaner wallets seriously or place it at the top of their agenda, won't be coming within an asses roar of our voting power. The real power we all hold.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's time to for the Irish to mobolise and show the world we actually care.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Let me know if you're interested or have ideas. We can start small & progressively make this bigger. That's fine. But it's time to act. More on this to come.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In the meantime support @climatecaseireland who are taking our government to court tomorrow for inaction.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
