I am one of those people who works out while on vacation. I don't do it because I feel like I have to, I do it because I truly enjoy it and love the way it makes me feel. Working out is one of my favorite parts of each day, and to me, nothing feels better than a workout (plus, it gets my digestive system moving). I truly believe that working out should be something you look forward to. Find an activity that makes you happy, one that you can be consistent with. Fitness and working out is a lifestyle - and needs to be something you do for you. Work out and eat healthy for YOU, do what makes you happy, stay consistent, and progress will happen.
Don’t chase the money for material things, you’ll never feel fulfilled.
No one really gives a shit on their death bed about what shoes you wore or how much your hand bag was. (Don’t get me wrong it’s awesome to have choice and nice things). But the magic in living is giving, and the relationships you have.
Tony Robbins nails it when he shares the biggest failure is success with out fulfilment and our relationships determine the quality of our life.
I love the hustle,
But always make time to create the memories and as my career goes on patience and urgency is my greatest weapon.
