Just to clear up a little confusion! If you buy my Volume tweezers and notice this little white mark on the tip, it is not a defective product. It is where I have marked on the biting point for you and will easily scrape off 😊
I personally handtest them to make sure they are of the highest quality and when I have settled on which diameter they are best for I then test them by making sure they can consistently pick up fans of that diameter. Each pair has to easily pick up 10 fans in a row before I pass them for that diameter and package them.
The best quality ones, I mark as suitable for 0.03, will pick up all diameters (but I suggest you don’t interchange diameters too frequently). I also test for use with 0.07 and for 0.05.
The biting point I mark will always be for the smallest diameter. So for example, you want the best quality tweezers so you buy the 0.03s but you only want to use them for 0.07. The biting point marked on the tweezers will show where I think the best biting point is for 0.03 BUT for 0.07 there will also be other biting points that you could use as the diameter is thicker and you will be picking up fewer lashes.
