If you guessed the right, then you are wrong 👻! I am actually 5 lbs (2.3 KG) heavier in the photo on the left! And that's the thing about dieting...if you do it correctly, you should lose fat and retain most of your muscle, thus making you look leaner, bigger, and better! 💯

Now did I gain muscle in this transformation? Most likely not because I have been lifting for so many years and this is only a 2-3 month difference. Unless you are a complete beginner, or you have an underdeveloped muscle group, you would mostly retain muscle rather than build it when in a caloric deficit 🥦🍎🥕

One ☝️ tip I can give you guys about retaining muscle when dieting is to not change your rep schemes. If you typically train in the 8-12 rep range, stick within that 8-12 rep range. Don't start going SUPER light and doing like 20-30 reps for everything thinking you will burn more calories 🤦‍♂️. You will just end up losing your muscle!!

  • Over a year with plant based food 🌱I feel so fresh & that I could rock the world 💕 never wake up bloated anymore, feel and look so much lighter and healthier. Best choice I have ever made. I want those animals to have a life, not to be on my plate.
Not expecting people to go 💯 % vegan but at least try 1-2 a week 🌷

  • If you have the midweek blues and the motivation you had on Monday is disappearing check out this lady @mon_gzara who not only transformed her body but became a lover of fitness she made it here entire life and passion. Monika would sometimes be in the gym more than most some time 3-4 times a day but her main streets was consistency all ways turning up all ways coming to sessions it makes the biggest diffrence.  If like Monika in the first picture you want to make a change but not sure how... Get Help from people who know, friends family personal trainers, make those changes and you will never look back. 
Monika improved her health and fitness and lost a whole load of body fat but with all those things she also had more confidence in her body, became happier with herself and that effects the people round you.

Transformations like this arnt just physical they change your entire life 🌟
