  • *insert badass quote* - I  just really wanted to show off my new @live_fit_apparel hoodie literally in love!!💛🖤 Also leg day was a killer one today, but like when is it not, am I right? 😂 Cool thing is I got my most recent PR on my squats of 155 lbs for 8! 🤙🏼 it’s been a long time since I’ve trained with squats so pretty proud of what I accomplished! . -

  • Strcheches and yoga are very important part of lifting .
Your body goes through enormous loads sometimes it may cause muscle pulls or even injuries . Stretching keeps the blood flow going and turning your body into self recovering machine . This could also be used if you work 9 to 5 with barely making any movement rather than sitting .

1st strech : Cat stretch : Marjariasana : helps in upper back pain relief 
Do's 🏅🏅🏅🏅
✔️Get into your fours and try to pull your spine up to the sky ✔️ Let your head move down to neutralize your spine ✔️Hold position for 20secs and relax 
2nd Stretch :Dog stretch : udhra mukha asana : helps in lower back pain relief 
Do's 🏅🏅🏅🏅
✔️Get into your fours and try to push your spine down to the ground ✔️ Let your head move up to neutralize your spine ✔️Hold position for 20secs and relax 
Dont's ⚒️⚒️⚔️⚔️ ❌Don't over stretch . Stretch enough to fill no pain
