  • HEY, YOU! Yeah, you 🙂 did you know that working out isn’t a chore? No, I know-sometimes it really sucks, and it takes time out of your day. But guess what? You have the PRIVILEGE of being ABLE to exercise. You are capable of moving, and breathing, and pushing yourself to your physical limits. Even if you have injuries or limitations, you are still able to do more than some people ever get to. You have the opportunity each and every day to be an even better version of yourself than you were yesterday. To invest in your health and wellness in a way that will continue to reward you for years to come. To optimize and improve the one and only body you will ever have. To challenge and strengthen yourself, both mentally and physically. So the next time you go to workout, don’t think of it as a chore. Think of it as a privilege, an honor, and a blessing ❤️

  • My 3 biggest tips to shoulder gains are:
1️⃣ High volume and high rep lateral raises!! I’m talking 20+ reps and 10+ sets throughout the workout 👀🔥
2️⃣ Contraction > weight. Drop the ego and and weight and increase the contractions and gains💯
3️⃣PUSH past the pain!! Shoulder workouts can burn but you know what they say! NO PAIN NO GAIN❌

  • Happy Friday!!! 🎉 hope you all enjoyed national margarita day 🍹 haven’t posted in a while 🤭 but I also hadn’t worked out since Tuesday. I was exhausted 😥 It finally caught up to me. But today I was back at it with some cardio and upper body 🏃🏽‍♀️🔥💪🏽 recorded a little part of my workout so here It is. And yes, when I have the gym to myself i have a dance party 😉💃🏽 always gotta dance like no one is watching right? 🙃🙌🏽 leg day in the morning!!! Nighty night! ✨
