  • quads are def growing lately omg🤤😂but o my gosh I am SO sore after yesterday’s leg day it hurts to walk🔥am I the only one that actually kinda likes being sore though?? just proves there’s work being put in!😍since I could barely walk around today just decided to hit some light shoulders and back, didn’t get to record any of it but don’t worry I’ll def get the next workout🏋🏻‍♀️ happy tuesday y’all!💕☺️

  • A pesar de verse tan chistoso (incluso es poco común verlo en el gimnasio) 
Este ejercicio me gusta muchísimo. Si eres de esas personas que tienen poca flexibilidad en los femórales (mi caso) logras sacarle el doble del beneficio.
💪🏻 Particularmente me gusta ejecutarlo luego de Sentadilla con barra tras nuca o luego de hacer hack squat. Siento que “libera” la tensión de la espalda y es genial para reclutar la parte interna del cuadriceps. ¡Los glúteos están incluidos en todo el recorrido!
🔥🔥🔥 Para quienes les cuesta mantener mancuernas pesadas existen variantes en máquina y también con barra (trasnuca y frontal) ¿A ustedes qué tal les parece?

  • If I didn't drink my @davescoffee coffee this morning I wouldn't have been able to do this set of 10 with 7855lbs.

I've had the blind pig coffee 3 ways now, pour over, espresso, and French press (cupping method-look up James Hoffman). I think the key to this baby is steeping it. French press let's some of the fines in and gets that silky texture while letting the cherry notes develop.

👉 you can’t 👉 I wasn’t motivated this morning to drive in the early hours to the gym and do cardio.....but I did it anyway

👉Why?......because my dedication remains constant my motivation doesn’t 👉How am I so dedicated?......GOALS

👉Goals are what drive me to continue even though sometimes I’d rather be doing something else 👉reaching a goal is never going to be easy because reaching a goal is something that will make you better than you are today in some way or another .

👉this usually requires commitment, dedication, consistency over a long and sometimes boring road and shouldn’t be easy! 👉and if it’s easy set a bigger goal!
