If you had asked me a year and a half ago if these pictures would exist... the answer would’ve been a big fat NO.
When I started this whole “at home workout coaching thing”... Kyle was supportive but told me not to expect him to change what he does. He loved the gym (still does) and knew what he was doing. Heck I was the same way... growing up an athlete and living at practice or training of some sort - I knew how to exercise 🤷🏼♀️
But after having Mackenzie it got harder. Harder to find time to workout. Hard to juggle who got to go to the gym at what time each day. Hard to see results.
So I started a speed and agility at home workout program and fell in LOVE. For the first time in a long time I was seeing results again. Someone was telling me WHAT exercises to do. And how many reps. And how many sets. And in what order. And THEN they were telling me what to eat to see even MORE results.
No guesswork... no spending hours doing cardio. No more spending hours online trying to find a workout routine. And the best part is that I had no more EXCUSES.
The weight started falling off and even my stubborn gym rat husband wanted to give it a try.
He started a muscle building program and did all of it at the gym! He saw the results and since then has done nothing but programs from my Netflix of Fitness.
Fast forward to now when I sometimes get lucky and he stays home to do his cardio day while I do my workout and both of our kiddos watch. It’s all coming full circle and I can’t help but smile and just be thankful that I dropped all those excuses and finally said YES.

In a little under a month I’ve lost almost 3% of my body fat and 5 inches total in the previously measured areas. I’m so glad I started tracking my progress this way. I’m a lot less focused on the weight lost and more focused on body fat and losing inches. I definitely want my weight to come down,but as long as I’m losing body fat I’m sure that will happen. I feel like I could have done better, but I’m on the right track and seeing this has made me realize if I incorporate more exercise and start actually tracking my macros I can hopefully see even more of a difference.
