SWIPE- Worth the read** We carefully curate the perfect images we want to project of our lives via social media. Subconsciously the feedback (likes, views, reach, etc.) can affect our ego. As this shouldn’t discourage our postings. What you may see, may not always be - don’t get confused or fooled. This is just a media tool to keep us programmed. Which also controls what we see through the uses of algorithms. Trying to sustain a fabricated persona through photographs can be mind boggling for some. There’s a life beyond the screen... . . .

Had some days off. Saw a Stonehenge replica in West Texas. Who knew?
Looked at the sky a lot. I’ve done this a lot as a traveler. It’s neat to be able to look up at the sky and know that loved ones positioned thousands of miles away can look at a similar scene. It’s weird to think that sailors and philosophers and travelers thousands of years ago used the night sky to determine their location on the earth, or the earths location in the solar system, or the fact that the earth is not flat, or the order of things in the universe. What orbits what? What rotates and why?
Light pollution from nearby cities and the full moon are still causing an evasion of the “perfect” picture of the night’s sky, but I’m getting closer.
Also, we’re pretty close to an airport, so that brings pretty neat photographic opportunities . Back to the grind. #bestjobever#ontourforever#starphotography#lookup#fullmoon#supermoon#nightsky#offdays
