makes 4 servings 
Ingredients:
2 pounds large shrimp, deveined and peeled
2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
1 large avocado, pitted and chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 fresh limes, juiced
1 handful fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 Tbsp avocado oil, or extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
lime wedges, to garnish

For serving:
2 cups cooked brown rice
.
for the BBQ spice mix:
1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin 
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp sea salt, or to taste
.
Instructions:
In a large glass mixing bowl place shrimp and BBQ seasoning ingredients and gently stir well to combine. 
Set aside for just a few minutes.

In another bowl, add chopped tomatoes, avocado, onions, cilantro, lime juice, sea salt and pepper. Very gently toss to combine. 
Set aside.
.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until they've turned pink and form a nice lightly charring in spots as pictured.

Add 1/2 cup cooked brown rice to each bowl or meal prep container.
Then divide the cooked shrimp and avocado salsa equally, and nicely among the 4 bowls, or meal prep containers as shown.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Diesen köstlichen Honig-Milchreiskuchen habe ich am Freitag Abend noch „gebacken“ und ich glaube bis auf ein kleines Stück ist auch nichts mehr davon übrig 😄 
Warum „gebacken“? Er ist lediglich mit Sofort Gelantine angerührt und daraufhin habe ich ihn über Nacht in den Kühlschrank gestellt und am nächsten Morgen gestürzt. Es war ein kleines Experiment - aber ich würde sagen es ist definitiv gelungen - und ich sag euch: Milchreis in Kombination mit dem „Cremige Honig Milch“ Total Protein - wirklich ein Träumchen 👌🏻😍

Noch dazu ist er wirklich sehr schnell & einfach gemacht:
▫️100g Milchreis mit 500ml fettarmer Milch (1.5%) aufkochen
▫️Sobald der Milchreis fertig ist 50g total Protein sowie 15 Gramm sofort gelantine unterrühren.
▫️In eine geeignete Form füllen und ein paar Stunden im Kühlschrank kalt stellen.
😏Fertig 👌🏻

If I can find ways to make my life a little easier then I’m all for it. I’m not one for buying sugar-laden sauces, but if it has no nasty additives and it’s healthy, then I’m sold.⁣
⁣
I used @belazu_co tagine paste, which is a game changer! Despite the name, you can literally add it to anything, even as a 🍕 base. ⁣
⁣
All you need is one pot and a handful of ingredients. Make a big batch and have it throughout the week. If you don’t have a paste, fear not, I’ve added a substitute below ⬇️⁣

▪️2 cans of chickpeas beans ⁣
▪️1 Can Diced Tomato⁣
▪️1 Large Onion - thinly chopped⁣
▪️1 Clove Garlic - thinly chopped⁣
▪️3 Cups vegetable stock⁣
▪️4 Tbsp Olive Oil⁣
▪️1 cup of peas and green pepper ⁣
▪️3 frozen spinach cubes⁣
▪️2 tbsp @belazu_co tagine paste (substitute for: 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, pinch of turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder) ⁣

METHOD⁣
⁣
▪️Heat oil in a deep pan or dutch oven.⁣
▪️Add onions, garlic and tagine paste saute for 2 minutes over medium heat. If no paste, add in all the spices instead. ⁣
▪️Add diced tomato, vegetables, chickpeas and stir⁣
▪️Cook this over medium heat for 7-8 minutes (till tomatoes+onion completely cook and become pulpy).⁣
▪️Add the vegetable broth, stir and cover the pan with lid.⁣
▪️Let this cook over low-medium heat for 30 minutes.⁣
▪️After, 30 minutes, remove the lid and stir the pot.⁣
▪️Cook without the lid for another 3-4 minutes⁣

Zum Mittagessen 🍽 habe ich mir heute mal wieder Gnocchi mit Tomaten-Zucchini-Soße 🍅🥒 und Protinella von @goldsteig_kaesespezialitaeten gemacht 😋 Ein super schnell zubereitetes und leckeres Gericht 😍👌
Eine Portion hatte 548 kcal, 35g Eiweiß, 87g KH und 5g Fett 📊
Rezept (für 1x Portion): Zuerst eine kleine Zucchini und 2x Tomaten klein schneiden und diese mit 150g Pizzatomaten🥫 in einer beschichteten Pfanne weich kochen. Dann einen Protinella klein schneiden und hinzugeben und das Ganze mit Kräutern der Provence, Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Währenddessen habe ich 250g Gnocchi nach Anleitung zubereitet und danach zur Soße gegeben👌
🇬🇧 gnocchi with tomato zucchini sauce and light mozzarella 
Recipe: First you have to cut one small zucchini and 2x tomatoes in small pieces and cook them in 150g pizza tomatoes. Then add one mozzarella light and spice the sauce with herbs of Provence, salt and pepper. Finally prepare 250g gnocchi according to instructions and add them to the sauce 😊

  • Al final, pues sí va a dar tiempo a hacer una segunda publicación, sé que lo estabais esperando 😂😂😂. Y eso gracias a que ser previsor es una gran virtud, y tenerlo todo preparado para estos dos días me permite ganar tiempo. Aquí de nuevo las 3 comidas siguientes (ahora mismo ya cenado, me quedarán dos). Son, en las horas, 22pm, 02am, 06am... Cada 4 horas, comer con diferencia de menos tiempo, desde el punto de vista nutricional, no es positivo por someter al sistema digestivo a estrés, pero creo que eso ya lo comenté 🤔. La primera, la cena, son 456kcal: ----------------------------------------------------
🔹ensalada de pasta con espirales integrales 60 gr ➕ pechuga de 🦃 al ajillo cortada en trocitos 150 gr ➕ 🌽 dulce 30 gr ➕ 🌶 rojo asado 118 gr ➕ FRUTA de postre, 🍓 150 gr --------------------------------------
4 horas después, mi "desayuno" de martes con 464kcal: ---------------------------------------------
🔹atún 🐟 natural escurrido 155 gr (buen número) ➕ 2 🍳 enteros 104 gr ➕ pechuga de 🐔 al natural escurrido 110 gr ➕ 🍅 cherry 90 gr ➕ 🍧 natural bio 150 gr --------------------------------------------------------------

  • Homemade basil pesto is incredibly easy to make and is one of my favorite ways to enjoy pasta! 🌱 This is a recipe everyone should have handy, 'cause seriously, what DOESN'T go with pesto? 🤷‍♀️ INGREDIENTS
1 bunch basil, just the leaves
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon pine nuts
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice 
1/2 teaspoon salt

1. In a food processor, pulse all of the ingredients together except the oil, until everything is finely minced. 
2. Drizzle in the olive oil and blend until a thick paste forms.

E si.. Acquistai la piastra per i waffel, e dopo un pomeriggio a pulirla (si era tutto attaccato in modo irreversibile)mi sono avvalsa del diritto di recesso e l'ho riportata indietro..Non fa per me! Stampo in silicone e microonde tutta la vita!
È voi come li preparate?
Vi lascio 3 ricettina facili facili e super testate! Ovviamente ✔light e senza zuccheri 🚫e grassi a differenza dei soliti waffel!!

DOLCIFICANTE STEVIA
Cuocere l'arancia tagliata in microonde con il burro di arachidi per far asciugare il liquido.  Amalgamare gli altri ingredienti eliminando i grumi.
Cuocere in due stampi waffel in silicone per 2 min a 750 watt. On top burro di frutta secca.

WAFFEL ZUCCA🎃
50 GR DI ZUCCA COTTA BEN ASCIUTTA
10 GR DI FARINA DI AVENA
20 GR DI PROTEINE GUSTO A SCELTA
50 GR DI ALBUME
2 GR DI LIEVITO
DOLCIFICANTE STEVIA
Incorporare alla zucca tutti gli ingredienti. Cuocere in 2 stampi in silicone per 2 min al micro a 750 watt.
On top 20 ml di succo di mandarino con con 1/2 cucchiaino di amido.

WAFFEL BANANA🍌
20 GR DI FARINA MANITOBA
40 GR DI YOGURT GRECO
70 GR DI ALBUME
50 GR DI BANANA
2 GR DI LIEVITO
Mescolare gli ingredienti e cuocere 2 min a 750 watt. On top cremina al cacao fatta mescolando cacao in polvere e acqua.
