We did something a little less typical in our master bath: one single sink. .
While this choice has been met with some question, during our design process, we really dug into how we lived, our habits and what would be our best use of the space. .
In the end, we realized we are rarely at the sink at the same time. When we are, it’s not the worst thing to be standing together brushing your teeth, right? Ahhh, I remember those days when we use to put the toothpaste on each other’s brushes. Weirdly romantic. 😍 I should do that again... .
I’m happy to have more space for the make-up vanity. Still on the look out for a great stool btw... .
Yesterday afternoon I started laying out the tile for the master bath shower. This project has seemed a little daunting to me because I want it to look the best possible. Getting the glass tile to wrap around the other tiles is going to take patience, and precision when I'm cutting everything. Also working with all of the angles on a vertical. Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated. #tile#help#masterbathroom#shower#tilepattern#ourhouse#webuiltitfromthegroundup
Classic and Traditional are still timeless when Carrara Marble comes in to play. This master bathroom stays true to the client’s theme with classic white traditional cabinetry, Carrara marble wrapping around the counters, floor rug and ascents in the soaking tub and walk in shower area. Brushed nickel ascents and Rohl faucets complete the timeless look and style of tradition. Sealing the marble every 6 months is strongly recommended by the counter company we purchased this from @atlasmarblegranite.
