1. Avocado Toast, Fried Egg & Salad 🍃
Here’s a basic breakfast plate 😋 Seriously can’t pick a fav between diced, sliced and mashed avocado toast so I just alternate between them 🤷🏻‍♀️

2. Grilled Chicken, Basmati Rice & Broccolini 🍃 Some quick and easy little meals make me happy... so I just stick to it 🤷🏻‍♀️ Can’t go wrong with chicken!!
Details 👉 {380 CALORIES} grilled chicken cooked with @terradelyssa_fr olive oil for a few minutes on each side, in a pan + basmati rice + @lagrandeepicerie steamed broccolinis + @florette_france leafy greens + sesame seeds + lemon.

If you are serious about reaching your goals, wether it be losing weight or gaining muscle its good to have an idea of what you are putting in your body…

Im not saying you have to follow macros or necessarily count calories everyday but be aware and know your food it'll make your goals a reality a lot sooner than you think…

Those veggies are basically calorie free, meaning that they contain really low amount of calories and most of the time, and in low quantities you don't even need to count them. They are also rich in vitamins, minerals, very fulfilling and therefore great for fat loss. 👌
