Here are my TOP 3 secrets for glute growth! - ISOLATE them at least once a week! By focusing on just one muscle group and performing slow and controlled reps, you’ll really be able to feel the burn and engage the glute muscles! Get ready to CRAWL out of the gym when you’re done! - EAT! You can’t grow muscle without food. First, make sure you’re feeding your body enough protein. Second, eat carbs right after your workout to facilitate recovery and muscle building. - REST. Doing glute workouts every single day sounds like a good idea in theory, but in reality the muscle needs time to heal! Don’t overdo it! 2-3 glute workouts a week is perfect for building muscle. Make sure you rest at least 24 hours in between sessions too! Stretching, foam rolling, and massage will also help the muscle to heal and ultimately to grow as well.
