We actually did Taco 🌮 Tuesday last night! We used some of the ground Bison I got in my NIKU box I purchased! ~
You guys! We are loving the Bison! So many health benefits, as it’s grass fed! “Grass-fed Bison provides nutrient dense, low fat, low cholesterol meat with as many Omega-3s per serving as salmon, and three to six times the amount of omega-3s as grain fed animals.   • Let’s talk FLOW 🤸🏻‍♀️ —  I used to heavily struggle when it came to leading my own self practice. My yoga experience prior to my teacher training was only in studios— heated ones at that. My self-practice used to be a series of disappointments and frustrations as I could never get myself in the “moment” and the few times I would, I wouldn’t know where to begin in terms of poses and creating a “flow”. So instead of pushing myself I made excuses that “at home practice wasn’t for me.” .
.
Then, thanks to my disgustingly busy schedule - practicing at home became the ONLY option available for me. I made a promise to myself to set aside at least 15 minutes (if not the full 60) each morning to practice. Some days my flow comes a lot more naturally to me than others. Some days my balance is a lot better than others. And some days, I realllllyy really don’t feel like getting on my mat. But I always do, and I never regret it. By pushing myself out of my comfort zone and learning to lead my own practice I have gained a newfound confidence in teaching. .
.
Whereas I used to preplan everything in my classes- from the order of the poses to the cues I would use I am now a lot more laid back in my planning. I’ve learned to come prepared with a theme or concept, always keeping the needs of my clients’ body (or my own, if I’m practicing) in mind when leading a practice while allowing myself the room to adapt to the environment, participants and myself. In doing so, I removed the pressures of having to remember a script and began to go with the flow. It allows me to be more present in the moment and likely, feels a lot more natural for my students as well. .

Moral of the story? Stop overthinking, worrying and doubting yourself and instead start to believe and trust in yourself. Allow yourself to go with the flow (yoga pun intended) and enjoy the journey along the way. .

Well Muay Thai boxing is an amazing workout, AND it torches calories and fat!!!
Plus you’re learning to defend yourself at the same time.. and feeling like a total badass. 😜

This was me today doing a backyard workout. It was cold but the sun was out and I was craving to be outside in the fresh air.  The Shadow boxing got me warmed-up.. and it’s a ton of fun. 🥊💥 Ladies... Want to learn?  Message me.

So seeing the video here is my breakdown---->>>there's a brief exchange. Then surprisingly Cain closes in for takedown, quick 1,2 from Nganmou and Cain goes for another takedown which Ngannou denies with underhooking Cain right hand , goes for a punch but misses as Cain ducks right . And once he's at center Ngannou drills him with a short  right uppercut. The blow was a  knockdown blow, causing Cains  head  2  move  and  his body falls back . Sadly his legs were spread out so as he fell back his knee was at a bad angle and blew out  and Ngannou landed follow up punches. .Even if the knee didn't give out  Cain would have still fallen down or back and Ngannou would have landed  the finishing blows.  So the punch  was the beginning of the end of the fight . It was a really quick fight and that's MMA 4 u all 👊just remember in the Octagon ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN!!!what a night !!!

Therefore for all women the goal should be to eventually perform a chin up or multiple chin ups because it will bring you closer to accomplishing other important fitness goals🏆

For example Training For the chin up will require one:
. ▶️To fuel your self with proper nutrition in order to build lean muscle and recover from training sessions🥑🍇🍗🥚
. ▶️To lose fat so pulling your body weight becomes easier⚖️
. ▶️To regularly strength train which will not only help you increase strength but also build the muscles in your back which are key to the pulling motion. Weight training will help build all the other areas in your body including your core. Which will result in a strong , fit and lean body but also a nice looking chin up 👏🏽

  • A lot of LOVE in our F45 Valentine’s Hollywood DJ request morning ❤️ DJ Miikey’s tunes kept us all pumped and energized to hit every set with 110% focus 📀

Ok, almost through week 2 of detox, carbs, dairy and more fruit in our near future 😁🙌 Who has found results happening already⁉️ I def. can see some leaning out through my shoulders, arms and chest. 
Next goal, bring on shredded abs and lean legs 👊
