“ 237 days 💀 nearly 8 months 🖤 100 pounds later 💛 still can’t get over the fact that this bra just says “SPORTS” on it and that’s it. It’s almost a crop top on me now and I’m here for it. (I’m 5’1” y’all)” ⠀

Use your Sundays to refuel, recharge and re focus. This is going to be your week.
You are going to smash those goals and you are going to look back this time next week and be so proud of what you have achieved at work, at home and in the gym.
You have got this.
Wasn’t sure if I should be posting this pic here... Social media has become so mean, people just like to point out the negative about someone’s opinion or the flaws about someone’s looks.
Fitness industry has become just about looks and achieving unsustainable physiques that for most of general population are so difficult to achieve. Making a lot of people think that the answer is to try out fad diets, pointless workouts or useless supplements. And sadly mental and nutrition disorders are becoming more and more common because of this.
We need to understand that a very lean physique isn’t necessary a healthy physique and that if you hold a little fat around your belly thats totally normal and specially healthy.
_ “Make your goal valuable”
But more important make your mental health valuable. Results come with consistency and work, but feeling healthy, happy and energized is more valuable than having a six-pack.
Be proud of your results, be proud of keeping an active life.
