Today I give you the Basic PUSH (Chest/triceps/shoulder) exercises. SWIPE ⬅️ to check them all. SAVE ✅ to try it out later 💪🏻

1️⃣ Normal Pushups
Can't do normal pushups? Start with pushups on your knees!
2️⃣ Chest Dips
If you think Chest Dips are to hard, try helping yourself with a resistance band below your knees. To easy? Use the band over your shoulders!
3️⃣ Straight Bar Dips
Want to teach yourself the Muscle-Up? This exercise can help you out! Is this to hard? Jump up and let yourself lower really slowely.
4️⃣ Incline Pushups
This variation to the Pushup helps you to target more of your lower chest and gives you the ability to be more Explosive in your exercise!
5️⃣ Tricep Dips
The Tricep Dip is an exellent focus on the triceps and works shoulder mobility aswell!
6️⃣ Diamond Pushups
About the 💎 Pushups.. These are a more advanced variation on the Normal Pushup. While focussing on your innerchest and triceps it will help you increase strength really fast! To hard? Do them on your knees aswell.

Tighten all muscles while performing these exercises, FORM is the most important rule. TO HARD? Use a resistanceband! Send me your Attempt in Dm’s so I can help ya out! 💪🏻
