How many times have you said something about somebody, but once you received a little more information you realised you were dead wrong.
When we judge and criticise others its a reflection of our own negativity, inadequacy, and insecurity - "so be careful".
What you do is an outward expression of who you really are, and if you try to drag down others to elevate yourself - that is a sign of weakness... not strength.
1- To inspire the un-inspired
2- To show you guys that with the right mindset, drive, passion and dedication you can overcome almost anything.
3- People have been asking about how ive overcome my injuries.
Ruptures worse than an acl break has changed my life in many ways.
1 knee 2 knees feck i wish i had 2 more good knees to rupture. 😋
After 4 knee surgeries.. Il never play football again- yup. Okay kl.
I will never squat heavy- yup.....na wait a minute i will let football go but not my other love of fitness and lifting weights. I can be more in control of that but with football a bad tackle would have been imminent and i would have had a limp for life with a pending knee replacement.
I do not care what the doctors are saying i will prove them wrong, is what i told myself.
Do i live with alot of pain - yes but i can assure you that physical pain is no where near as bad as mental pain.
I would never go back to playing foot ball if i had the chance as my new path is too important to me.
Being selfless, inspiring and helping people is a life lived well in my books.
There are no excuses not to try and become a better you. To kick your arse into gear sometimes or make tough choices that will positively affect your life.
Life is too short to be anything but the best person you can be.
To inspire and build strong positive mindsets across the country and much much more.
So if you are struggling just now with injury, illness or just life in general just know... Im fucking rooting for you. ❤
