Wednesday heard it was #nationalloveyourpetday so she’s really milking it for all it’s worth! Fun fact: Wennie has a brother, Gulliver, unfortunately he’s camera shy but we love him just as much!!

One of our favorite parts of the bus is her fully-functioning kitchen. We make our own food most of the time while traveling in Fern. That doesn’t mean we never treat ourselves to a night out! Date night is a splurge that we can justify here and there, especially when I know I'm earning 3X points with my @WellsFargo Propel® Amex Card while eating out (or ordering in!) at local restaurants #LifeWithPropel#ad
Let’s talk about energy efficient light bulbs that also give off a warm, inviting hue. We used @satcoproducts_nuvolighting G9 LED bulbs in this client’s foyer for a continuous welcome 💡 | Message us for a personalized energy efficient lighting consultation in your home
i’ve shown off the #campbellmodern living room plenty of times, but here’s a less familiar shot of the more casual family room. earthy tones, large credenza to hide plenty of toys, a stain-friendly vintage rug, leather ottoman that ages beautifully, and family photos taken by my pal @jimmyychung. 📷: @christyqphoto#cathiehonginteriors
It's Water Wednesday...how I keep track of watering our indoor plants! 💦 We started our indoor plant experiment last year with the easiest of all, the ZZ plant (on the left), and it's doing well so far. All the new shoots make me so happy. It loves our home! More recently, we purchased the one on the right - a form of the Snake plant. I love it's darker green and dense foliage. It's also a very good plant for the bedroom, as it purifies the air from toxins (such as formaldehyde, xylene, toluene, and nitrogen oxides); it's also unique since it converts a lot of CO2 (carbon dioxide) to O2 (oxygen) at night. How cool is that?! Both of these are also excellent for low light, which we tend to have with living in an apartment and our choice of blackout curtains and Smart sheers. Besides all that, they're just so pretty to see in your home. 😍 Do you have indoor plants? What are some of your favorites? Greenery gives life, especially when it's real! #refiningthenest

I searched high and low for pillows when we moved into our house almost three years ago and finally decided on these! I still love all the navy, but I think it might be time for a change! Anybody else like to switch things up? 🤷🏻♀️ ( PS - all the flowers in this vase are from #dollartree ! 🌿)
I loved the dark wall in our previous master bedroom! ... and today I got the approval to paint a wall or two here, so let’s talk about paint colors🙌 Which color are you into lately? I always love deep, moody tones...especially blues and greens. Also, love me some black walls! I do want to paint a bold color, and at the same time, I do love soft tones for spring and summer 🤷🏻♀️. I may go bold since everything else is white in here. But do you change paint colors with the change of season? Are you more into all light and neutral or dark and moody , or a mix of both? I would love to hear your opinions. (Paint color: Inkwell by @sherwinwilliams )
Braved the arctic temperatures today to check on exterior progress. And good news! I love the facade with it’s gorgeous arch and asymmetrical design. Arches have my heart lately ❤️

I’ve been sharing about my crazy “let’s redo our office with no budget” project in my stories. Happy to report it’s all finished, we are happy with it, and we spent literally nothing just lots of hours painting. 🤣 Thanks for following along. It has been fun sharing this with you all. ♥️
