Never have I been more motivated to work, work, and work for the body that I want.
When I first began this journey, I was a hot mess (still am sometimes 😂, but getting much better). I went to the gym sporadically in college. Sometimes, I took classes. I worked with personal trainers, but took frequent hiatuses. In grad school, I got ClassPass and barely went. And I also bought a yoga mat that I never used - to this day, my mother calls me out on it. And the list goes on. The thing was...it was so easy to provide excuses for my inconsistency. Fear and intimidation got the best of me, and I allowed myself to wallow in my comfort zone.
But now I'm fed up with that behavior. Sometimes, the best motivation stems from growing tired of the status quo. And even when you're not one bit motivated, just do it anyways. No matter what you've been dreaming of doing, but have been putting off for one reason or another - Just. Do. It. No excuses today.
