  • How I get a smaller waist: 1️⃣ incorporate stomach vacuuming into my exercises! This trains the transverse abdominis which helps tuck everything in tighter. 2️⃣ train my upper body to make that seem larger and my waist seems smaller (same thing with lower body) 3️⃣ work hard! Don’t worry if you don’t get your results within a week, like I’ve said before, it’s taken me a long time to get where I am! I’m not trying to trick you into thinking this is an easy overnight process, it’s not! Just keep going 🤗 Swipe ▶️▶️ for 2 upper body workouts I did today, nothing insane or complex. Just simple muscle building movements. Side note, these pants are EVERYTHING @nvgtn I am obsessed.

  • I’m back and ready to get into the gym and lift some heavy weights 😍😍😍 committing to at least another month of muscle growth so calories are staying high for now. That way I get two benefits: enjoying lots of food and also gains 👏🏼💪🏼

With all this rain— I seriously just want to sit at home and scarf down pizza all day. Haha
Is all this rain making you feel the same?
Turns out- an easy way I’ve been motivating myself more is taking delicious shakes to the gym to drink between sets.
With how much I like sugary foods- this one from #BodyTech is my favorite cause it tastes like delicious fruity cereal- so I get that junk food feeling EXCEPT it’s super healthy…hehe😋🏋️‍♂️ How are your workouts going-
Do you struggle with consistency or lack of motivation like me?

  • Can we take a minute to talk about self care.

I know, I know everyone and there mother is preaching about how important self care is. But no one ever talks about how to do self care. I believe everyones form of self care is different. For one person it could be doing a face mask and for another it could be reading a book. Everyone is different and how they take care of themselves should be unique to them.

My self care involves many different things. I put my phone away and mindlessly watching t.v. I spend time exfoliating my body and enjoying my showers. I listen to podcasts and give my mind a break.

Of course I did the hour of cardio too. I soak my @dycapparel shirts and hat daily!! Thanks @dyca_mike and the team for making quality over quantity. My supplements from @bluestarnutraceuticals that I get @bodysystemsnutrition in Cambridge are helping tons in dropping weight and shaping me. Now the tough part starts for me. 3 weeks at home doing solo workouts and having to push myself daily to do this. I WILL do this just have to get in the right mindset once I land tomorrow. Thanks@to everyone who is supporting me in my challenge.
