Okay last Womens March post I promise ☺️ @alexecolvin and I had the most amazing time yesterday at the #womensmarchsydney ! It was so inspiring to walk alongside so many of my sisters fighting for equality and an end to gender based violence. We met so many incredible women and men, fighting for justice and a better world 💖💖 what really stood out yesterday is that the only way we will make any change in our world is TOGETHER. I put together some t shirts with my Britney Spears slogan from the March, for every t shirt sold we are donating a portion of profits to organisations fighting to end gender based violence in Australia, let’s make the change together 💪🏻💪🏼💪🏽💪🏾💪🏿 #womensmarchsydney2019#womensmarch#womenswave#womenswavesydney#womensmarchglobal

👑Tired of constraints. Ready for adventures! 💥
I love telling the little BTS of each photo because it recaptures each moment. It gives so much truth to what goes on behind the grid as well. And I love it. (Hopefully you do too.) 💖
Hong Kong was very busy and hectic for me. It was enjoyable and also very stressful. I had to juggle work, family, and friends all in a span of one week. I found myself exhausted. But still - passion overcomes all difficulties. 🔥And #NoRegrets at all! This was taken on a day where I woke up at 5:30am to hike a mountain to get up to this view. And it was not without difficulty. A little prior, there was a landslide and hurricane in HK, so the roads were dangerous and blocked off. However, I was fortunate enough to have a local hiker take me through an alternative route. And on the way we even encountered a snake. It was really an adventure. 😅We struggled to find the perfect view, but it was difficult because it was very foggy that day. Weather definitely takes a big part into what type of content you can create and the mood of it. And it’s completely out of your control. And especially with travel, with the limited time you have, you have to do the best you can, even if there are so many variables. 🙂 I hope you guys like this shot. 😉
PS: The story continues with me going down to the ocean🌊 on the other side of Hong Kong for shots and then to two other locations. Definitely was the most eventful day in terms of photoshoot. 😂
Don't let your stomach yell at you in hunger 😖 This "on the go" snack pack will satisfy your craving and allow you to get on with your busy day 👊
4 dairy-free cheese slices have been carefully paired with 4 delicious gluten & dairy free crackers 😎
2 things I’m starting to realize:
1)the reason my groceries don’t last as long as everyone else’s is because I cook like I’m still feeding a family of five at one time.
2) Although I do not miss working at #cheesecakefactory , I sure do miss their food.
So I decided to use the left over homemade chicken cutlet to make a gluten-free #copycat Chipotle Chicken Pasta.
I sautéed garlic, peppers, mushroom, tomatoes chipotle pepper (without the seeds) and sundried tomatoes, added heavy cream and alittle bit of the sauce from the chipotle peppers, let it reduce and added alittle bit of pepper jack cheese. It was a tad bit too smokey, and I realized I had no honey so I #improvised with a bit of balsamic glaze. Mixed in the pasta, topped it with the reheated chicken cutlet and mozzarella cheese. While it was baking to melt the cheese, I cut corn tortillas and fried them in oil, placed them on top of the skillet and 💥: my rendition of the Cheesecake Factory’s famous dish (but obviously made #glutenfree ) ...you wouldn’t even know it.
