The weather was so gorgeous today I took my workout outside ☀️ It was so great to be out in the fresh air & under the blue sky, a great combination of exercise & mindfulness to start the day 🙏🏻 I started with some mobility work & stretching with the foam roller on the mat then did rehab on the exercise ball- a shoulder bridge sequence with the mini loop targeting the glutes, an upper body sequence with an exercise band & then this sequence with the magic circle to target my pelvic floor & abdominals: 🔹Seated pelvic floor contractions with ball squeeze 10 sec hold x 10 🔹Pelvic floor activation with ball squeeze & horizontal magic circle press (alternating between back/ middle/ front of the pelvic floor) x 15 reps 🔹Pelvic floor activation with ball squeeze & magic circle overhead arms (alternating between back/ middle/ front of the pelvic floor) x 15 reps. N.B Keep the ribs soft & back neutral 🔹Upper body rotations with ball & magic circle squeeze ensuring keeping pelvis stable x 20 reps alternating sides

Here are a few moves to get the heart-rate up & burn some calories by doing some cardio-fitness moves 🏃🏽♀️
1/ Jumping rope to warmup : 2-3 sets of 50-100 reps
2/ Star jumping squats : 3 sets of 15 reps 👌🏻
3/ A great combo of burpees & jumping squat : 3 sets of 10 reps
4/ Work the upper & lower back with just a band : 3 sets of 15 reps
5/ Work the pecs & glutes with this combo : 3 sets of 12 reps (alternate the legs or do 6-8reps on each side)
6/ Never forget the abs with the final exercise (2 variations) : 3 sets of 15 reps
You can start at home step by step, with short workouts like this one. The key ingredient to every goal is motivation 👊🏻
