  • OILS for EMOTIONS. 
Currently diffusing Acceptance and Gathering this morning. These blends were freebies from YL and I love the smell of them, they have rose, ylang ylang and NLBS. I did some research and found they are most often used for supporting our emotions. Who couldn’t use some help with that?!

Let’s talk chemistry: one of the main constituents of many essential oils is phenols, which clean and repair the damaged receptor sites on our cells (receptor sites help our cells to know what to do, which keeps our bodies functioning properly). Another constituent is sesquiterpenes, which bring oxygen to the brain - therefore helping the emotion-processing center to breathe and work.
