Cela fait déjà cinq mois que je me prépare chaque jour avec intensité dans mes entraînements. A côté, je continue de préparer mes sportifs, de redonner à mes clients, de développer mon entreprise Start Coaching et de faire au mieux en tant que jeune Papa. Est-ce que c’est facile, non ! Est-ce que c’est possible, oui ! C’est à moi de choisir mes priorités et de m’organiser.
Dans le sport comme dans la vie pour parvenir à atteindre son objectif, il y a toujours des obstacles, des difficultés et des sacrifices à faire !
95 % des personnes vont parler sur vous et ne comprendront pas et c’est normal car ils ne sont pas immergés dans votre projet. Ils sont donc incapables de savoir ce que vous ressentez et pourquoi vous faites ce que vous faites. C’est pour cela que si vous voulez persévérer et mettre toutes vos de chances de votre côté pour réussir, entourez-vous de personnes qui ont le même niveau d’engagement et qui sont prêt à tout donner sans compter car c’est la seule clé qui mène au succès.

It’s really common. We ALL do it. But when it comes to fitness, this can be seriously detrimental.
For one thing, people only ever use social media as a highlights reel.
I know I’ve put up photos in the past where I’ve looked fit, happy and healthy, but inside, I’ve been having a really tough time of it, and feeling very down on myself.
Secondly, how many takes do you think it took to get that perfect shot?
Or how many hours editing, filtering and Photoshopping to get everything to look just right?
Answer…. A lot.
That’s why, when clients come to us a U Fit, we tell them to forget about social media celebrities and the fitness ‘influencers’ and instead focus on being the best version of themselves that they can be.
Having a goal is amazing…
But aiming to look like someone else isn’t.
We all have different genetics, different body shapes, different schedules and different priorities.
Not all of us have 7 hours a day to train, eat, prepare meals and take those oh-so fancy pictures.
And that’s okay.
The only person you need to compare yourself to is the you of yesterday.
If you’re feeling fitter healthier, happier, and stronger, that’s all that matters.

Stop buying into someone else’s diet - you already have one! Just make it better We see this so often - diets being sold to people with big promises “This 20 Day Detox is designed to re-design your metabolism, re - vitalise you and your body, while burning up fat” “This tea targets those stubborn areas of fat. The reality of it is, YOU ALREADY HAVE A DIET - more than likely its one that you enjoy and it obviously fits into your lifestyle because you have been living it! Is your current diet bringing you your desired results? If so, great keep doing what your doing! If not, think about how you can make it better - could you add in some more veggies and fruits? Are the majority of your meals processed, are your portion sizes bigger than they need to be? You can achieve some amazing results from a slight readjustment of your own current diet, rather than buying into a monthly subscription to somebody else’s promise or drastically restricting yourself from the foods you enjoy! Many people ask us to write “food plans or meal plans” and we actually tell them no, because how on earth are we supposed to know what food they enjoy, how the like things cooked or what even gives us the right to tell somebody what they can and cannot have for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Instead, we advise on things, if one of our clients is looking for help with their nutrition, we assess and advise based off their current lifestyle, no big changes that they can’t sustain over a long period of time.
