💡This week we're going over a routine designed to help improve your hip rotation mobility
🏋️♂️If you are missing mobility with hip rotation, your lower back and knees will be over stressed and you will be leaving performance on the table
💪🏼 After you've progressed through some of the ground based movements, this one is next level. It's simple, but simple doesn't mean easy. This will challenge all the corners of your strength and mobility where you need it most
🔑 Push hard through your arms and brace hard for your core. All the movement should come from the hip, not through moving at your lower back

Gemüsesuppe • ½ Zwiebel • 1 Bund Petersilie • 1 kleine Sellerieknolle
• 1 Stange Lauch
• 1 kleine Zucchini
• 1 Lorbeerblatt • ½ Weißkohl
• Etwas Basilikum
Schneidet das gewaschene Gemüse in kleine Würfel. Lasst das Gemüse für zwei Stunden in einem Liter Wasser leicht köcheln. Gießt die Brühe durch ein Sieb ab und trinkt einen Liter davon in kleinen Mengen über den Tag verteilt.
Tipp: Mit Sojasauce abschmecken. Die Suppe muss jeden Tag frisch gekocht werden.
Weiteres Obst und Gemüse für einen Tag
• eine Wassermelone und 500g Erdbeeren (auch TK) und 500g Heidelbeeren (auch TK)
• 1 Annans, 4 Orangen, 1 Apfel
• 2 Salatgurken, 1 Grapefruit, 50g Haselnüsse, 2 Kiwis, 1 Kohlrabi • 3 weich gekochte Hühnereier (je 1 am Morgen, Mittag und Abend)
Solltest du es nicht schaffen, die Menge an Obst, Gemüse und Gemüsebrühe zu essen, dann zwing dich nicht! Wichtig ist, dass du darauf verzichtest zu salzen. Viel trinken: • 2l Wasser mit insgesamt 5 EL Apfelessig und einigen Spritzern Zitronensaft, über den Tag verteilt trinken • 1l Brennesseltee • 2 Tassen eines Basenprodukts

Influencers who help to sell a lie, create something of nothing, and become people of note despite possessing no given talent apart from the ability to market and manipulate.
Whether it is martial arts, fitness, fashion, music; its all been touched by this weirdness. Where it’s not a persons knowledge or ability that counts, but more how important they appear from the number of followers, likes, or comments.
It is becoming increasingly more difficult for the average person to differentiate between the real, and the imitation.
Insta, Facebook, YouTube; don’t be fooled by those who appear to have the most clout. The only difference between them and you, is their ability to project the false, use a camera phone well, and buy a load of followers.
Despite this, in order to make your brand visible in this day and age, you have to play along. From time to time I have to take a little breather from all this bollocks.
You could have the best product in the world, but without putting it on the shelf, nobody will ever buy it. For small businesses now, it’s extremely hard to get your stuff out there beyond the fog and booty vids.

NO! An emphatic “NO”! The Glute Academy was named as such for two reasons.
The main one being that in my 12+ years of working one on one with clients there’s been one recurring theme - people have tight hips, which leads to weak glutes, which attributes to people’s low back pain and I could go on.
If you sit for a living - you probably have at least one of the problems listed above.
If you played sports growing up - you probably have at least one of the problems listed above.
If you used to be overweight and lost a bunch of weight - you probably have one of the problems listed above.
The second reason is that well developed glutes make everyone look and feel better regardless of their sex. Women look better IMO with some curves and their confidence usually skyrockets.
I’ve had so many men disclose to me that they want a better butt too but are self conscious to ask for it.
It’s okay to want to look better naked! Anyways- I wanted to address this as I get asked a lot. I’ve worked with lots of men over the years and I’ve dieted and trained male bodybuilders and male physique competitors.
