Birthdays have always been meaningful to me and this year is not any different.
Today I bid farewell to the roughest and most difficult year in my life so far; a year I thought I would never get through. The process of learning, relearning and unlearning things have opened my eyes to so many valuable lessons on mental health, identity and character.
It’s in losing yourself that you find yourself. It’s in giving yourself away to the world that you unlock your potentials. It is in building the habit of letting go of the unnecessary to leave space for what is needed that allows growth. And most of all, it is in balance that you find peace.
The feeling of gratitude overflows my heart as I am greatly thankful for the very few who has stood by me in the toughest and most difficult times this year. You just didn’t give me a shoulder to lean on but provided me the inspiration to keep going. I love you all.
More so, I am deeply excited for this another year given because I believe that someway, somehow, everything will now fall into place. ❤️ #BirthdayBoy 🎉

"Suit and Tie" or "Half-naked"?¬
We love him either way! 20 year-old, Filipino-Dutch, Robin Hanrath is one of our "It" Picks for the Mister World Philippines 2018 title.
I'm not gonna talk about fitness today but rather about something more appropriate. For most people, Valentines Day is all about romance and that special someone of ours but I've always considered it a day about something much more important, love. It's a day for showing love to everyone: your parents, siblings, children, relatives, friends and heck, even your dog named Bernie. It's a day for appreciating everyone around you and letting them know that they are not alone. We live in a world filled with negative emotions so every drop of love goes a long way.
Love is such a more sustainable energy to draw from than hate. Spread love, not hate. Happy Hearts Day everyone!
