Approximately a 22 hour fast, I didn’t write down the time I ate lunch yesterday.
I broke my fast with 2 servings of breakfast casserole topped with green salsa and sour cream. And a zip fizz.
My hubby ordered pizza for dinner so I grabbed a @realgoodfoods pizza from the freezer and popped it in the oven and made a quick buffalo salad. My food was ready when the pizza was delivered.
