You don’t need a reason to remind someone that you love them. In fact, you should do It as often as possible for no reason at all! Challenge: Tonight, remind 3 people how much they mean to you. It can be in person, on the phone, through email, however you need to. Just do it. ✨💕
My face when someone says hypnotherapy doesn’t work... 🤪
Everyday I see amazing changes using hypnosis - no spinning eyes 👀 or swinging clocks 🕚 involved!!
Occasionally some people require more sessions but that is normally for one of the following reasons:
1 - the right fears haven’t yet been identified and worked through. Fear is the main reason we can’t move forward in our lives. Normally these are deep routed so they will always have power over your conscious mind. Some people have more than others and we need to work through them all.
2 - there is a secondary gain to an issue. This means that you are unconsciously gaining a benefit from old behaviour. Normally it’s a safety mechanism your mind has designed to keep you safe. This is usually quite apparent but sometimes you mind can just keep holding onto it and be quite stubborn! (We have to look for those reasons!)
3 - you have a deep underlying need to be in control. If someone has a need to be in control and tries to controls the process then the mind will never let go to be able to change. If your mind created a problem it can create a solution. Just letting go and trusting the process can be a tough one for some!
4 - all the triggers to habits haven’t been worked through yet (this HAS to be done after working on all the rest and in the right order!)
Like any therapy, it’s a process. Sometimes results are quick, sometimes there is more resistance!
I don’t believe anyone can’t make changes if they don’t want it enough. If changes aren’t being made then there is ALWAYS a reason or belief that is causing it.

Trying to channel my inner sophisticated and poised Parisienne. Not gonna lie; it’s not working so well. Yesterday I had to say actual words out loud to a conference room with 60 odd people in about non disclosure agreements in sexual harassment cases and found out a little while afterwards that there was a fair sized chunk of Toffee Crisp hanging on to my top in the tit area.
Imagine that, a little chocolately nipple cluster. This is why I should never leave the house, my brain tells me.
Still picked it off and ate it like. Waste not want not.
