  • As a shift worker I always thought I was a flexible person. But in reality I do the same thing each day in a different order. Whether it be before a late, after an early, or on my way to a night duty I will be at the gym. And I can get pretty upset if I can’t make that happen. 😂 We make time for what is important to us. Me first 💃

  • Tonight I wanted to touch on something that I use daily and have seen measurable improvements with: ESSENTIAL OILS
♥️ I use @doterra essential oils for all sorts of things, they aren't greasy and have amazing benefits

Lavender and Frankincense 😴 for sleeping and rest
I have a very hard time sleeping through the night, I suffer from sleep paralysis and often wake up, but the lavender really calms my nervous system and seems to make a big difference

Orange 🍊 for calm and helping with anxiety
when I get overwhelmed with school or life, I rub a little oil on my forehead and say a prayer

Peppermint 🤓 for focus and allertness

doTERRA, specifically, has a few blends that I love

Deep Blue 💪🏼 for sore muscles and pain
I have this in lotion and oil, when my muscles or sore or something is inflamed, this makes a huge difference... It's like a natural Advil

Clarycalm 😌 is amazing for cramping, bloating, or period pain

DDR Prime 🧠 supports brain and nervous system health and works as an immune boost

I use all these oils either topically or I ingest them, but I definitely recommend essential oil use as part of anyone's daily routine. They are a natural solution to everyday troubles ♥️

Two workouts back to back tonight and had one of the BEST leg workout in a while. The leg pump was REAL! 🔥

Культ силы, который в наше время находится в нищенском положение. Сальные пузики, ручки-веточки, плечики- как у девочек... Почему я тренируюсь? Почему я изо дня в день хожу на тренировки, зачастую после 00:00 ночи ? Мало поспал, не успел поесть, за🤦🏻‍♂️бался на работе за целый день?

Не имеет значения уставший я или нет, был ли я вчера на тренировки, и до чёрных точек в глазах тягал металл. Я понял что в жизни нет оправданий; будь это спорт, будь это реализация в работе. Отдаёшься чему то полностью - получаешь результат, точка.

Для меня всегда стояло цельной картиной в голове: как русский мужик, может прожить жизнь, и быть любителем в плане отношения к спорту? Заниматься или нет, хочу-не хочу...Позор, как по мне, прожить жизнь, так и не узнав на какие силы и какую эстетику было способно твоё тело!

У меня ни когда не было какой-то сверх мотивации, да даже просто мотивации. Да и в целом этот вид спорта ни когда не приносил не положительных эмоций, ни сам процесс тренировки.
Постоянные приемы пищи, по 5-6 раз в день, и тяжелое, мать его, железно. Ненавижу, бесит!
Но делаю, каждый раз, день в день

Я ни когда не думал , что у людей которые  тренируется 5-6 раз в день больше времени, или больше денег, или даже меньше проблем в жизни
Другие могут, значит смогу и я
Но кто до меня не делал, значит стану первым

  • сегодня я не попаду домой с 7:30 утра и до 22:00😣 поставили 2 заказа на работе, а потом еще треня. думаю, сегодня будет становая+спина и пресс. потом еще кардио небольшое сделаю. поэтому завтрак мой сегодня огромный и с большим кол-вом белка:

4.30pm to 7pm - 2019 CrossFit Open 19.1 Workout with Coach @stagb71 
There won’t be any classes but from 4.30pm to 7pm we’d love to see as many ppl come and get involved in the 1st 2019 CrossFit Open Workout. Format will be to just come in at anytime during 4.30pm and 7pm and give the workout a go. You don’t have to have entered the Open (although it’s more fun then) and there are scaled versions of it also - so everyone - newbies included can get involved in the fun.

Saturday

6.15am - Bench Club (cancelled)
7.15am - Triangle
8am - Assault Concept 
9am - Barbell Club
10am - Team WOD
11.15am - Closed (closing earlier due to Wales Vs England Game)

Sunday

8.45am - Extended Triangle Conditioning
9.45am - Assault Concept 
11am - Mobility
12.15pm - Functional Pilates @inmotionmethod 
3pm - ION Kidz
4pm - ION Teenz
5.30pm - Assault Concept (‘Bring a Friend for Free’ - so let your friends know there’s a post Wales v England Sweat Out)
