  • Not exactly the same angle so it’s hard to tell if the upper spine is arching more or not (it seems that way). I can tell you I reach deeper, aka touch head easier, than I used to, and the fears I had from those 2 bad falls a few years back, are dissolving for the most part (there are still days where I feel ‘weak’ or ‘unsure’ so, it’s still a work-in-progress!). For me, it’s more mental than anything else. How about you? What do you feel is holding you back from reaching your full potential? Do you tend to skip those poses that make you ‘uncomfortable’ or do you persist? If you persist, what is the main reason that drives you? In my case, I don’t want to live in fear, much less when I #practice. It’s not that I want to be reckless, but there are some feelings associated with this pose that I know are NOT natural, so I work on releasing/removing them.   • Nossos corpos e mentes precisam de tempo para aquecerem. Geralmente, precisamos de tempo para digerir uma idéia antes de integrá-la.  Porém, a medida que avançamos em nossa jornada física, precisamos de menos tempo de aquecimento. Dê tempo a si mesmo. Dê a si mesmo permissão para estar exatamente onde você está. I've been trying to get this for a long ass time. Last summer I said I'm not stopping til I get it. I've been practicing on a regular basis and........ I'm gone keep on practicing cause this is sloppy and I know I can do better.
