  • Last week I had the chance to join @stefanvansprang in his kitchen at Aan de Poel**. An amazing experience to learn from cooking on the highest level. Yesterday we made this langoustine dish with mango, pecan and cucumber at @24hchefs to raise money for @rodekruis

  • Have you had the Cali Burrito @FlipSigi yet? I created this burrito as homage to all the burritos I'd eat as a kid growing up in Manhattan Beach. What makes a burrito "Cali" you may ask? The layer of CRISPY FRENCH FRIES of course 🍟😜

  • The pesto way to get through the week is having a large supply of this Pasta in your fridge 🌿 This dish is an @meal.prep.chef staple! 😋 Orecchiette (you can use @eatbanza Chickpea Pasta!) with @gothamgreens Pesto, Sweet Italian Sausage, Caramelized Onions and Shaved Brussels Sprouts! 💯

  • I normally don’t make “work food” at home (i.e. anything involving more than 5 ingredients, complicated sauces, anything labor intensive or elaborate platings). It takes a lot of prep, planning, hands in the kitchen, and a sink full of bowls, pots and utensils to make “work food.” That said, for this meal I was able to prep, send our friends a copy of the menu, and ask for their help. As you can see, it takes many hands, lots of prep and a ton of ingredients to plate one beautiful heart shaped salad. ♥️
