Did you sweat today? *
Prolonged sweating is expected to occur at the gym during an intense workout or even brisk walking in the sun. Exercising increases the level of the “feel-good” endorphin hormones that are naturally released during physical activity.
To be honest the last of couple of weeks have felt like running in headwind, but that's when it's good still to recognize and remember all the positives. Because there is still a lot of things moving in the right direction, and we are constantly moving, forward, and we will f*ck!ng get there. No matter what it takes. I'm not patient by nature, but I guess when working towards crazy goals that's probably also sometimes what it takes. Being patient. Believing in yourself and the process. Life is a balance. And I often remind myself that it's going to be worth it, and that when things a tough it means something great awaits just around the corner. As a wise man once said: “I’m not telling you it’s going to be easy. I’m telling you it’s going to be worth it”
- Art Williams
The truth is, you’re never going to please everybody, so STOP trying! Remember the sun is going to keep shining even if people get annoyed by the light shining in their eyes. YOU have full permission to shine on! ☀️💋

The moment is NOW.
Not tomorrow, or yesterday or someday.
Right here, right now. This is your moment to SHINE!
I keep banging on about changes in my fitness, being able to do more etc. but over the last 8 days I’ve noticed a massive improvement. Enter the Spin Bike!! I have a love hate relationship with this damn bike and the first time I ever mounted this wild beast I literally thought I was having a heart attack after 2 minutes. So over the last 8 days seeing my “limits” be pushed makes me so proud. Last night I felt I could have gone a few more minutes however my butt just said no more. My goal is to be able to hit 30 consecutive minutes of sitting and standing work on the Spin Bike with levels of 8-10 for sitting and 13-15 for standing. I believe I’ll hit my goal by the end of next week 😁
It's been a while since my last post 😳😕 I had a bit of an easy week last week, giving my body a bit of rest. Feeling much better for it and have had come back so much stronger this week!!!
