Les pompes sont un exercice de base pour développer force et puissance 💪
Elles font travailler les muscles du haut du corps mais pas seulement puisque c’est un exercice complet qui engage également tous les autres muscles 👍
Les pompes peuvent être modifiées à l’infini pour travailler les muscles à des degrés différents. Cet exercice au poids de corps peut se faire n’importe où, il suffit d’avoir un sol😋 donc pas d’excuses !!

 6 erreurs fréquentes à éviter
❌Ne pas baisser la tête comme si vous alliez poser votre front entre vos 2 mains. Regardez au sol à environ 1 mètre devant vous, pour garder la tête dans l’alignement de votre corps
.
❌Ne pas arquer le dos : vous ne devez pas commencer à toucher le sol avec vos hanches ou vos genoux. Le corps forme une seule ligne et vous touchez le sol avec le menton, la poitrine et les hanches simultanément
.
❌Ne pas écarter les coudes vers l’extérieur ce qui fait remonter les épaules et crée des tensions. Les coudes doivent rester près du corps dans un angle inférieur à 45°
.
❌Ne pas sortir ou rentrer les fesses : tout le corps doit être bien aligné et bien droit, pensez à gaîner les abdominaux et les fesses. Si vous sortez les fesses, votre taille est trop faible pour verrouiller le corps
.
❌Ne pas faire le mouvement
complètement : de nombreuses personnes font des demi-pompes c’est à dire qu’elles plient un peu les bras et ne remontent pas jusqu’en haut, l’amplitude n’est que de quelques centimètres. Vous devez toucher le sol en position basse et tendre les bras en position haute. Sinon vous ne travaillez pas dans toute l’amplitude possible
.
❌Ne pas gaîner tout le corps : il faut penser que les pompes ne font pas travailler que les pectoraux et les bras, gaînez vos abdominaux, vos fesses et vos jambes et gardez le corps en position de planche
.

✅ Push ups will work wonders for your upper body strength, increasing your muscle size, your tone and shape of your overall arm/chest/serratus/core areas - of course, if you do them correctly!

❌ Doing push ups incorrectly with poor form offers weak results, or worse yet, it could cause injuries!

‼️Push up technique often falls apart at the elbow angle! When you bend your arms to get into a normal push up, the elbows should be in a normal 45 degree angle to your torso! This gives you the most power and muscle-building and toning effect for your chest!

✳️ Decreasing this angle will increase your triceps recruitment, making it an awesome exercise to develop your arm muscles!

💹Using, for example, a bench or a medic in ball etc. can further increase the development of your arm muscles!

❇️ As for your normal, standard push ups, place your hands a little wider than your shoulders and parallel to your armpit line. Bend your elbows and keep them stacked over your wrists. If you bend them in a too wide angle then you put stress on your elbow joints and reduce the effectiveness of push ups!
.
🚫When it comes to injury and wrong technique the position you want to avoid at all costs is a really wide angle. This would put enormous stress on your shoulder joints! .

🇺🇸I’m finally back into my Studio in the city, haven’t posted in a while because i was setting my new Year resolutions right 🔑 ( and i was lazy as f***)

So if you want to put additional weight to your chest and triceps workout at home i recommend setting your feet 🦶 up!! .
‼️ PLEASE BE CAREFUL, always have your stomach flexed! That way you won’t hurt your lower Back ‼️

  • (Challenge accepted) So I was thinking of a challenge to do today and not only did I get that but I got a surprise visit from @latrice._.spence so I though 🤔 show me your ways Latrice San 💪😂. Not only is this a killer workout for your shoulders and triceps but it’s fun! One important thing to remember is keep your back straight, don’t reach with your shoulder, don’t twist your back, and come all the way down. I love a good challenge and here’s why:

1. Challenges force you to tap into your creativity to come up with ways to overcome them. Some of the best ideas are conceived when you’re feeling the pains of a challenge. Without the challenge, you would have never thought about that creative solution.

When obstacles stand in your way, consider them as opportunities to find creative solutions to surmount them.

2. To build physical strength, you must apply a bit of resistance to your muscles. Challenges produce resistance, which develops inner fortitude. As you go through challenges, you become stronger and stronger.

Challenges are an excellent opportunity for growth. They test your resolve and commitment to your goals. And when you overcome them, you develop emotional and mental strength.

3. Challenges remind you that you’re human: you don’t know everything; you can’t foresee everything; you can’t get away with everything; you have limitations; you have weaknesses; you make mistakes. Challenges remind you that you’re fragile. The appropriate challenge can protect (or cure) you from becoming prideful.

When facing challenges, remember that they’re opportunities that carry with them benefits: they call for your creativity, make you stronger, keep you humble, and amplify your achievements.
