Army Logistics University. I was able to lay a Transportation NCOA reef in respect of the tomb of the Unknowns soldiers... for a soldier to be told. “Go to battle and if you’ll die, We will hopefully identify your body bag. “ There’s not enough respect I could give to these soldiers resting here.

Respect Reading – That which we call respect requires understanding, and a follow through on that appreciation. It stands to reason that if we struggle to communicate (verbally, written, etc), we will face difficulties expressing and understanding. Taking the time to regularly read and learn will serve to broaden your cognisance, and boost your ability to hear and be heard. Challenge yourself to keep up with daily reading, even if it’s only a few minutes a day. Newspapers, books, fact or fiction: reading helps you respect.
Jogging Knees – Holy simple exercise! Deceptively simple but very challenging, these jogging knee lifts are often overlooked for flashier, more complex exercises. Start with 10 seconds of jogging on the spot, bringing your knees up high to touch your hands above waist-height as fast as you can, followed by a 10 second breather; Follow with a 20 second jogging knee set, and another 10 second breather; 30/10; 20/10; and finally 10/10. This pyramid will take you just over 2 minutes, so challenge yourself to a few of these pyramids this week!

Most of you don’t know this.. I applied to be temporary security guard and watch some trailers last summer for this unknown TV series rolling into a small town. Instead someone else thought I was better suited for my first in front of camera continuity, background role. Thank you! my truck and I appear in many episodes. 📺

Passed by @thebillybaldwin almost every time I was on set but guess I was too geeky to say hey. As well, we were all there to work...I know when I’m managing my artists I don’t want them to be distracted by “hey and hi’s” so I applied the same respect
