Bien souvent il m’est arrivé d’avoir la mauvaise approche en sport et en triathlon.
Faire la séance de trop, compenser celle ratée, vouloir faire mieux qu’un autre...🤨
Autant de pièges renforcés par ce dangereux catalyseur de jalousie que peut devenir Instagram si vous ne faites pas attention.
Alors faites ce que vous faites parce que vous aimez le faire, ne le faites pas par rapport aux autres.
Soyez vous-même, avec vos forces et vos faiblesses, inspirez vous des autres certes mais ne cherchez pas à les copier ou à faire absolument plus, ou mieux qu’eux.

On a souvent tendance à se plaindre pour de petits détails.
Mais il y aura toujours plus fort que vous, toujours plus « malheureux » peut être.
La 1ère étape est donc de se contenter de ce que l’on a, et voir comment on peut s’améliorer et améliorer la situation.

Aujourd’hui je souffle une bougie supplémentaire 🎂, contraint à l’arrêt de ma passion du triple effort par une vilaine tendinite d’Achille... 🦶🏻⚡️certainement parce que j’ai eu une mauvaise approche à un moment donné.
Donc on se remet en question, on analyse le problème, et on prend la chose à l’endroit, méthodiquement 😑

Why is it so miserable at weekends. Fab ride into Exeter. Coffee stop and spin home.
Endured some abuse again on the exeter cycle path near double locks.
This is the second time I've been told to slow down it's not a race track. So I'm thinking if less than 5mph is considered racing I need to get on the track.
What an incredible week, this was by far the toughest challenge I have ever embarked upon both mentally and physically!
The roads I’ve cycled, the places I’ve seen and the people who I have met along the way will be in my heart forever.
Although this was an unbelievable and life changing experience, all of this was for charity. A charity close to my and many other womens’ hearts.
We have managed to raise an incredible amount of money, I am overwhelmed by the generosity. I would like to personally thank everyone who donated to help change the lives of women and babies past, present and future.
I would also like to say thank you individually to every woman on this trip. Being a young female surrounded by strong and beautiful women such as yourselves has been empowering.
Lastly, thank you to everyone who shouted encouragement, who gave me gels when I started to bonk and who poured water over my head in 42 degree heat. Thank you to the person who invented chamois cream, ibuprofen gel and nurofen, without you, this would have not been possible!! Until next time..... #argentinatochile
Another Factor leaves our workshop to a very happy client.
This @factorbikes Slick has been built up with a full @blackinc finishing kit and super deep black inc Eighty wheels wrapped in @continental_tire GP4000s II. The group set is the brand new @rideshimano Ultegra R8050 Di2 with upgraded rear hanger courtesy of @ceramicspeed. The chain has also had the Ceramicspeed treatment. To finish off this dream build is an ISM saddle providing excellent comfort whilst pushing out those watts.
Having fun with the good 'ol Trek fx 7.0. Still peforming like a charm. Still overtaking y'all expensive racers 🙄
Strength and condition always beats expensive material.
