Dear New York 🗽,
I got there first thing in the morning. No crowds. But the sun was on the other side, so it is backlit.
Having seen this my whole life, it was incredible being there. You don't see it during the walk, so there is a great unveiling when you round the corner.
I also learned how steep it is in front of the arch. That's the reason everybody leans in their photos!

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor.
Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain
Explore. Sonhe. Descubra. ”- Mark Twain
This is a fraction of the lives changed because I never ever stopped sharing what I found that changed my life. .
I never threw in the towel when it got hard and when my fears surfaced, I faced them head on and here we are 🔥🙌🏻
“there are things about ourselves that we need to get rid of; there are things we need to change. but at the same time, we do not need to be too desperate, too ruthless, too combative. along the way to usefulness and happiness, many of those things will change themselves, and the others can be worked on as we go. the first thing we need to do is recognize and trust our own inner nature, and not lose sight of it.” ~ benjamin hoff
finally a day to relax, a day to remind myself that self care is essential, to leaving the past behind. once again, i found myself searching for yoga studios the day prior. i happened to find @renewyogastudio where they offered a vin yin class, a unique mixture of flow/restorative. having sat mostly on my ass the past three days, it was a welcomed relief. no interruptions, to what i’ve been building back at home. i can still play, a little, but i need the balance to even it out. i now find myself parked on the beach, with incense burning, buddha lounge playing, the sun shining, and the ocean churning 🙏🏻 …
Horseshoe Bend should be on your bucket list!
I (Court) think by far Horseshoe Bend has been one of the coolest things I have ever been. When you get there, you park in a parking lot and walk about a mile to see it.
When I first stood near the edge, I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me because there was just so much to look at! I’ve heard that they now have a viewing deck of some sort but I still believe it’s worth it!
While you’re out there looking at Horseshoe Bend, be sure to take a trip to Antelope Canyons! Antelope Canyon was so cool too!
Who else is an Arizona fan? 🙋🏼♀️
My apologies, I don’t think I’ll make it on time... my car broke down and it’s exploding with flowers 🌸🌸🌸 I think my positivity is starting to affect my surroundings 💕😁👌🏼 /// 📸: @ritafarhinoirot

Only the horizon to light our way 🌅!! We were treated to this sunset on the way back from our show...
Can’t wait to go back to the sun again! I’m not a winter kind of person. Just 2 more days until my plane leaves for Bali! 🥶 #happyholidaybarbara
