  • Laut Trainingsplan sollte ich heute 12 x 800 m in 5.20 min/km mit 30 Sekunden Pause laufen. Da mich das heute im Stadion aber mürbe gemacht hätte, habe ich entschieden, das alles in einem Stück ohne Pause in 3 Runden um den See zu laufen. Das klappte erstaunlich gut.😅

In de categorie “intervaltraining” is de “lange intervaltraining” oftewel “tempoblokken” echt mijn favoriet. Een training waar ik meestal compleet voldaan van thuis kom (ook vandaag!). Vandaag stond er een ingekorte variant van 2 i.p.v. 4 blokken van 2000 op tempo 4:25 op het programma, omdat ik wat kamp met vermoeidheidsklachtjes. In drukke tijden zoals nu probeer ik op verschillende manieren (meditatie, ademhalingsoefeningen, bodybalance) wat extra rust te vinden. Hopelijk zorgt dat ervoor dat ik snel weer op en top fit ben (wel handig als je traint voor een marathon)...

This year I’ve signed up for two #halfmarathon and as the first one is less then 2 weeks away, the nerves have set it 🤦‍♀️😬. I don’t know if it’s because it could be icy, snowy or rainy but man, I’m nervous 😬😬😬!

Ideally, I would like to beat my time from my first half last year (02:09:18), but as I don’t know what the weather will be like, I need to keep reminding myself to adjust my expectations and focus on crossing that finish line, regardless of the time. •

✔Nutrición ✔Descanso (Horas de sueño)
