Cumberland sausages with baby leeks, broccoli, thyme, cream, mustard and Parmesan. There are so many ways to make this - I cook everything separately but at the same time, then unite at the end. Gently roast the veg in a little oil until they relent. Make a roux based sauce with chicken stock, cream, wholegrain mustard, garlic and cream. Fry or bake the sausages. Fill a casserole dish with the veg, adorn with the sausages, ladle in the sauce, grate some Parmesan and scatter some thyme over the top. Bake for 15 minutes.
