you guys i made the THICKEST 
VANILLA OVERNIGHT OATCAKE!🎉
2/3 cup rolled oats
3-4 Tbsp egg whites
cinnamon to taste
microwave the oats with equal parts water for about 1 minute. add the egg whites, stir and microwave another 45 seconds. store in the fridge overnight. for the “icing”, combine 1/2 scoop @sfh vanilla protein powder with about 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt. top with the spranks and pretend its ya birthday🎂

tip: this oatcake is meant to be eaten cold to keep its cakey consistency☝🏼 #emmysyummys

thick AF chocolate protein oats—> cook 3/4 cup rolled oats in 1.5 cups of water. once done stir in @sfh chocolate whey (the key to the texture). top with half a banana, strawberries, and a @debbysbites lavish walnut bar (aka chocolate covered goodness!) HAPPY FRIDAY BABES! I went to my PT yesterday for my leg pain and turns out I have an inflamed nerve. She gave me some stretches and it feels better already-I ran this am and felt totally normal! I’m about to go to the gym for a lift but I hope y’all have a happy Friday!❤️

  • things that make me feel like my life is together—> waking up 3 shades darker thanks to some fake tan, and eating a big bowl of chocolate oats for breakfast #winning

  • mood after finishing this bowl= “don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.” to be 100% honest tho these SWEET POTATO PIE PROTEIN OATS are the best thing I’ve ever consumed. 
SWEET POTATO PIE PROTEIN OATS—> about 2/3 cup rolled oats cooked in 1.25 cups of water. one almost done add in 1/2 scoop vanilla @sfh whey, 1/2 cup mashed sweet potato, cinnamon, @justspices_usa sweet love and oatmeal spice mix and mix together. top with a banana, more cinnamon, and a spoonful of @debbysbites date peanut butter! 
HAPPY HUMP DAY BABES!! another day back at the school grind:( it cloudy and gloomy and I just want to sleep forever-hope y’all have a great day!❤️
