I'm tell you, the addiction is becoming bad. If it was safe to take preworkout 7 days a week I would. So I'm force to cut it down to 6 days a week. One more month to bulk up and then start shredding! #fitness#fitnessaddict#beastmode#shredz

New upper body workout. This one is more focused on strength and I have incorporated different moves for each muscle. I wanted to cover three movements for each muscle but the workout would have been too long and I would have not been able to perform other exercises with a great efficiency. Anyways, the workout is as follows:
1. Preacher Curls: 3*5
2. Single rope triceps pulldown 3*8
3. Overhead Dumbbell Press 3*8
4. Dumbbell Rear Delt Flys 3*8
5. Pec Dec: 3*6
6. Lat Pulldown: 3*6
7. Lying T Bar Row: 3*6
Always try to work with new moves. Try out new stuff in the gym. Go and experiment (but yes, safely! Lol). If your gym doesn’t have all the machines then try to stick to basic compound moves.
